"Warm and cozy for the winter. New building, electric keylocs. Cozy bed with clean sheets and towels. My room also featured a hairdryer, although it isn’t mentiones in the amenities."

There were a lot of roaches in the bathroom, quite impressive to still find these in December. I was provided with the access codes 2 hours after the check-in time, although i tries reaching out to them several times (booking, call and text message). They finally replied with the codes only about 20 mins before I got to the place.

"Accommodations are simple but very comfortable. Nice swimming pool right out the hotel room door. Short walk to the water. We really enjoyed diving. My 18yr old son got PADI certified. They did an awesome job with him. Nassar was his instructor. He was awesome! Area was very safe."

No complaints. Please understand that tourism is severely impacted by the Gazan war. Many hotels and restaurants are closed and those that are open often are operating in a limited capacity. For example hotel restaurants might not operate at all. This affects all hotels. There were almost no tourists as of November 2025.

"Modern, clean, self contained with bedrooms having on-suite bathrooms which also provided convenience and privacy. minimalistic though everything you expect from a hotel accommodation/apartment we had , elements from the spa were also included dressing, gowns and slippers, beach towels. The air conditioning throughout the rooms was great keeping us cool when relaxing in such a hot period of the year"

Perfect for what we needed😊

"We loved the sitting area just outside the room. The poolarea/garden was very beutiful and relaxing! Most staff was great. Good value. Would stay again!"

We didn't get a room by the pool as we had booked. Very slow service at breakfast. Old dusty furniture/kitchen equipment etc in public areas should be taken away for a better experience. The poolbar had very limited assortment.

"The traditional Cypriot style and the charming little decorations perfectly matched my taste. The small balcony outside the room was so cute and cozy. The homemade meal had a unique flavor I had never experienced before and made me feel healthy. The hosts were very kind and happily explained the village bus schedule and how to get to our destinations. They gave my sister and me an unforgettable memory. Thank you so much, and I wish you good health and continued prosperity."

Perfect for what we needed😊

"The kindness of Elen and John was above and beyond what you could ever expect . Elen made us an excellent dinner . She also let us keep our room through the next day so that we had somewhere to return to to shower after a day out ( our flight home was in the evening) . These are good people."

There was nothing we didn't like.

"The place is nicely decorated, very tidy and in a quiet safe area but little far from the sea. For people which like waliking like me is ok. Also can rent bike for free. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and you could also order some food for lunch at a good price. Manja is an excellent cook and prepares local specialties. Internet was mostly ok. The pool was clean and a very relaxing place to spend time."

Sometimes a problem with taxis. Some of them don't know this place. You have to negotiate the price which can be very diffrent. (from 100 to 500 dalasies).

"I’ve traveled 30s countries and by far this is one of the most wonderful heavenly home stay I ever had. We had an early check in with no extra fee and the host was super nice with us. The garden is absolutely stunning we all love it so much. Dogs and cats and birds around and all very friendly, we enjoy their accompany a lot. Breakfast is also a highlight, various choices, huge portion. I can not finish at all 😂 Also I’m very much a bon fire person. They lit up fire place everywhere in the house. I really adore that ❤️"

"Our stay in El Nabila Pyramide and Sphinx View was nice. The People who work there are very friendly and Kind. The view was amazing!!! The Breakfast was kept simple but good and the rooms was also good. At Night it was a Little Bit loud, but that was okay for us. We had a good time here. Thank you!"

"A localização é privilegiada. Distâncias praticamente iguais para o centrinho da cidade e para a igreja Saint John at Kaneo, que são imperdíveis. Nos deram acomodações enormes, tínhamos dois quartos ao nosso dispor! Banheiro amplo. A vista da janela do quarto que ficamos é de tirar o fôlego: para a igreja de Santa Sofia e para o lago. Gentilmente deixam café e chá disponíveis."

Não é fácil de achar. Não há nenhuma indicação da entrada. Fica sobre uma pizzaria e no térreo tem várias portas. Só conseguimos identificar depois que ligamos para a proprietária, que prontamente apareceu na porta. Caso você não tenha acesso à internet isso pode ser um problema.

"If I were the Michelin commissioner, I would award Happy Villa with three stars: Worth for an independent tour. This place has everything, plus your host will make you feel at home. Our stay was simply too short to enjoy all the options this accommodation offers. It is also positioned well for island exploration. Oh, and not mentioning superb breakfast starting with a healthy shot. You will be in good hands and with a full stack of options for every day of exploration of charming Dominica."

Nothing really. Except that the stay here was too short to enjoy all the options. Our mistake afterall. And I said that already anyway.

"Easy access to town in c 10 minutes, quiet location, fabulous mountain views with a great sheltered outside seating area. Shared kitchen, laundry and lounge were ideal, well equipped kitchen with double dishwasher and large fridge capacity. It ran very smoothly but entirely without seeing staff. Wanaka was wonderful and Springs Lodge lived up to its location"

Not much! Second drawer of dishwasher, handle was broken Sitting areas for each room open onto shared area, so some might feel a lack of privacy, and each one has 2 chairs and a table, but only one cushion (ok not a problem but a bit odd).

"Cleanliness, location, easy check-in and wonderful breakfast. We stayed there on our way to Oslo. But a great stop for nearby national parks and also during winters offers lots of activities. Very cool property. Even though there is a shared bathroom it was clean all the time and it was available."

Everything was perfect. It’s my thing as I am a light sleeper and hence wherever it’s wooden cottage and people make noise, it’s hard to sleep quickly.

"Maguy and her husband are excellent hosts. Very friendly, breakfast is a lovely surprise every day with local fruit and dishes, made with love. Peaceful, quiet place where you find your peace. With only 2 rooms you almost are alone in the property and the swimmingpool. As we had our flight in the evening we could enjoy the whole day of the facilities. Magnificent view, a little paradise on earth. The room is very spacious with ensuite bathroom. If we can mention one thing to improve: the shower needs a renovation. Further on make sure you have good products to keep the mosquitos away. But absolutely no reason to stay away from this quiet little gem!"

"I absolutely loved this place! The views from the rooms are simply breathtaking. The open-roof shower was a unique and unforgettable experience—it truly felt like showering under warm tropical rain. The location is perfect, with everything just a short drive away. Breakfast was delicious and full of fresh local flavors, giving me the energy I needed for the whole day. Most of all, the owner and her staff were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help. They shared many useful tips and left me with a lasting impression of genuine Samoan hospitality."

"O café da manhã é excelente, diversificado todos os dias, preparado na hora pela sra. Ingrid. O atendimento da sra. Ingrid é ótimo, sempre atenta aos detalhes e às preferências de cada um. Faz você sentir-se em casa. A localização não é muito boa para quem prefere as praias, é recomendável alugar um carro para os deslocamentos pois os custos com taxis são muito altos e nem sempre estão disponíveis no momento desejado. Por outro lado, o silêncio e a tranquilidade à noite são ótimos para uma boa noite de sono."

Os chuveiros não tem água quente. Mesmo no calor, tem muita gente que não gosta de água fria para o banho.

"The evening meal provided at a very reasonable cost was one of the best I've had in a b&b. All organic salad and vegetables and that was also true of the wonderful breakfasts that are included in the room price. The location was spectacular, amazing views over the valleys below."

There really wasn't anything to dislike as far as I was concerned.

"The family that runs this Pansion was very kind, from the very beginning till we left the place. They showed us a map and gave directions to S. James Church and other places to visit, which was very useful. They made us a delicious dinner late at night, and a home style breakfast. They are a very welcoming family, Thank you!"

"Great breakfast and I like that it was a la carte. I can't say enough about it nor about the staff. Everyone was very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the location, only a few minutes from Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle."
