"Nice guest house with helpful staff and a good quality room"

"Our room faced the water. Great view. The room is spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a room before we rented the full house with a group of friends. Despite it being 5 rooms, sharing one bathroom, it never felt crowded. Good value for an otherwise expensive travel destination. The bus stop is right by the house and there was always available public parking."

Luckily there was some parking available on the street, otherwise we might have a problem. No dedicated parking for the hotel.

"Paolo is a wonderful host. He's warm and kind. He immediately offered us coffee when we arrived. We felt right at home. The house was clean enough. We also had a nice breakfast. I highly recommend it."

"I have visited many hotels and villas and I must say this was the most cleanest place I have ever been! The hoast was very warm and welcoming, the room was very clean and warm. I will deffinitely say that it is well located and very close to the sea."

O único que não me gostou foi o acesso ao salão do café da manhã. Os dias que ficamos choveu e o acesso era um pouco incômodo, por aí seria melhor uma rampa de cimento.

"Clean, spacious, quiet and best value for the money I've been able to find around these parts. The stores are close, parking is easy and available. Nothing to complain about!"

It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

"For self catering facilities it is peefect, quiet and have laundry and ao forth included which is reàlly nice... the agent is very reasonable and always there to answer any questions or any concerns... I highly recommend 👌"

If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

Depois das 5 de tarde a viagem demora horas e horas porque o alojamento está na rua muito frequentada e sempre está com un traffic jam enorme e é única maneira como chegar. Durante o dia, ou mais tarde à noite, é melhor.

"Andrae e sua família são maravilhosos e muito prestativos! Quarto bem arejado, limpo e com bastante luz solar. Possui ar condicionado e disponibilizam toalhas. A localização é a melhor, muito próximo à praia, diversos comércios, supermercados, bares, restaurantes e cassinos. Além disso, Andrae é muito atencioso e sempre está disponível para ajudar! Foram dias maravilhosos em SXM!"

Gostei de tudo! Porém poderia ter sabonete liquido para as mãos no banheiro e por disponibilizar microondas e geladeira, disponibilizar alguns pratos, talheres e copos mesmo que descartáveis

As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.

"The hotel is really cute and the breakfast is good. They’ve really cute dogs that brings a more special energy. The location is great as well."

My only complaint is about the bed… it was hanging in the middle and was really noise. Needs a new bed.

It had everything you need in a guesthouse. However, some reforms need to be made, but the host told me he's working on it

"Quaint, cozy village house with friendly, hospitable Belgian hosts who speak Bulgarian and will make you feel right at home. If you're into luxury and 5-star hotels, do not book here. This is a great place to stay if you like the countryside, peace and quiet, dogs and smiling faces. Totally recommended! P.S.: The lighting in my Bedroom 1 was state-of-the-art."

Everything was just fine

A sower in the bathroom would have been nice.

Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅

Thin walls. There were noises from other people in the corridor/bathrooms/doors. The room could use a little decoration for cozier feeling.

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).
