"O hotel tem uma infraestrutura muito boa, pontos fortes são o amplo espaço e área verde. As emas são atração a parte. As crianças podem interagir e alimentar os animais. Tem trenzinho, passeio de charrete, arco e flecha e bicicleta. A piscina é muito boa, embora não seja aquecida, a temperatua é bastante agradável. A equipe é bastante atenciosa. A alimentação tem pouca variedade para um hotel 4 ou 5 estrelas, mas é muito boa, inclusive com pratos típicos, como chipa, vori vori mbeju. O pôr do sol com vista para o Rio Paraná deixa o lugar ainda mais incrível."

A temperatura do ar condicionado nas áreas comuns é muito baixa, chega a ser desagradável, ainda mais com crianças pequenas. Falta um ponto de apoio para preparar chimarrão. No dispenser de água quente a água é fervendo. Nos dias que fomos, faltaram toalhas para trocar durante a piscina.

O quarto é amplo, limpo e repleto de recursos tecnológicos. O nível de serviço é impecável, todos te tratam muito bem e com simpatia, sem contar as comidas e bebidas no serviço de praia e no bar que são maravilhosas. Caso queira visitar as lojas de Palm Beach, há táxis disponíveis a todo momento na frente do hotel. Também amei a massagem que fiz no Spa do hotel. Recomendo muito e certamente voltaria!!"

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

"Já fiquei hospedada duas vezes aqui. Excelente localização e custo benefício. Acomodação confortável, muito limpa e funcional. Restaurante com muitas opções e atendimento simpático. A vista é maravilhosa. Amplo estacionamento e segurança 24 horas. Opções de passeios e diversas atividades esportivas na lagoa."

Não há cafeteira nos apartamentos. Também não fomos avisados com antecedência de que a piscina estava fechada para reforma e que não havia serviço de limpeza aos domingos na acomodação.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

"From the moment of entry to the entire experience, Le Meridien was great. We stayed in the adults only Nirvana part which was amazing. Had its own pool, pool bar and great beach access. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean with great decor. The restaurants on the property were quite good, with our favorite being Kumin. Special mention to Kavish from Guest Relations who always made an effort to connect with us each day, and recommend things to do on the island including some great restaurants. Also to Hevin from the Pool Bar, who went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. Overall highly recommended."

Honestly nothing. The asian food at Jasmin restaurants, especially the sushi could have been better. But that's stretching to find a con!

"Primarily the location which is simply spectacular. The room was fine and comfortable and the bathroom clean and good size with a great shower. Almost as good as the location is the staff. The two gentlemen in reception, especially Mr. Hamed were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Equally spectacular service from the ladies in the restaurant."

The bathroom fluorescent lights - irritating buzzing and horrible light shade. It would be nice to change those to LEDs.

"Great location, nice beach, very good food, versatile facilities, very good for families."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"Friendly attentive staff, excellent environment and atmosphere, great food, great beach and pool, everything. The staff take very good care of the hotel residents."

"O quarto é confortável, apesar da cama de casal ser a convencional (sem ser Queen ou King). O Hotel possui uma boa estrutura, apesar da piscina estar em reforma."

O atendimento da recepção deixou muito a desejar. Reservei um transfer do aeroporto até o Hotel, me deixaram 1 hora esperando e faltou muita atenção da recepção, pois eu tive que me virar no aeroporto, numa situação de desconforto de várias pessoas querendo me enrolar, haviam esquecido ou errado a data do transfer, e eu esperava bem mais do Hotel e da recepção na maneira de tratar o assunto.

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."
