"Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa!!! O Hotel é lindo com vista de tirar o fôlego! Mas acredito que o deixa ainda mais especial são as pessoas que tornaram essa estadia incrível. Gostaria de agradecer a Vivi que fez nosso check in nos tratou com muita atenção e carinho, Ricardo que levou nossas malas e se deixou a disposição para qualquer dúvida pois falava Português. A noite fomos jantar e conhecemos Marcelo Jardel também de Portugal e a todo momento foi muito atencioso e solicito, no SPA o Sr Luís também foi incrível e amável, no café da manhã que estava divino, Tessa uma francesa com uma energia maravilhosa nos atendeu. Obrigada a todos, vocês tornaram nossa viagem ainda mais especial!!!"

"Wonderful little resort in a tropical garden, spacious room, very friendly staff"

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

Staff were quite formal but very good.

Café da manhã sempre igual. Ficamos uma semana e já n aguentávamos todo dia a mesma coisa!

A vista é maravilhosa. Amplo estacionamento e segurança 24 horas. Opções de passeios e diversas atividades esportivas na lagoa."

Não há cafeteira nos apartamentos. Também não fomos avisados com antecedência de que a piscina estava fechada para reforma e que não havia serviço de limpeza aos domingos na acomodação.

It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

Cleanliness could have been better in the apartment

"O quarto é confortável, apesar da cama de casal ser a convencional (sem ser Queen ou King). O Hotel possui uma boa estrutura, apesar da piscina estar em reforma."

O atendimento da recepção deixou muito a desejar. Reservei um transfer do aeroporto até o Hotel, me deixaram 1 hora esperando e faltou muita atenção da recepção, pois eu tive que me virar no aeroporto, numa situação de desconforto de várias pessoas querendo me enrolar, haviam esquecido ou errado a data do transfer, e eu esperava bem mais do Hotel e da recepção na maneira de tratar o assunto.
