"The location and scenery is absolutely breath taking, the activities was affordable, breakfast and supper was exceptional tasty, staff was always very friendly and accommodating."

In my opinion the beds where just to hard which gave me severe back pains, the apartments could do with some air-conditioning for the hot nights as that also makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. The TV in the unit could be updated to a smart tv for better quality picture and sound, also giving us access to using our own Netflix or movie app accounts to enjoy our favourite shows or movies whilst on holiday.

O quarto é amplo, limpo e repleto de recursos tecnológicos. O nível de serviço é impecável, todos te tratam muito bem e com simpatia, sem contar as comidas e bebidas no serviço de praia e no bar que são maravilhosas. Caso queira visitar as lojas de Palm Beach, há táxis disponíveis a todo momento na frente do hotel. Também amei a massagem que fiz no Spa do hotel. Recomendo muito e certamente voltaria!!"

"From the moment of entry to the entire experience, Le Meridien was great. We stayed in the adults only Nirvana part which was amazing. Had its own pool, pool bar and great beach access. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean with great decor. The restaurants on the property were quite good, with our favorite being Kumin. Special mention to Kavish from Guest Relations who always made an effort to connect with us each day, and recommend things to do on the island including some great restaurants. Also to Hevin from the Pool Bar, who went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. Overall highly recommended."

Honestly nothing. The asian food at Jasmin restaurants, especially the sushi could have been better. But that's stretching to find a con!

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"O quarto é confortável, apesar da cama de casal ser a convencional (sem ser Queen ou King). O Hotel possui uma boa estrutura, apesar da piscina estar em reforma."

O atendimento da recepção deixou muito a desejar. Reservei um transfer do aeroporto até o Hotel, me deixaram 1 hora esperando e faltou muita atenção da recepção, pois eu tive que me virar no aeroporto, numa situação de desconforto de várias pessoas querendo me enrolar, haviam esquecido ou errado a data do transfer, e eu esperava bem mais do Hotel e da recepção na maneira de tratar o assunto.

A noite fomos jantar e conhecemos Marcelo Jardel também de Portugal e a todo momento foi muito atencioso e solicito, no SPA o Sr Luís também foi incrível e amável, no café da manhã que estava divino, Tessa uma francesa com uma energia maravilhosa nos atendeu. "The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Primarily the location which is simply spectacular. The room was fine and comfortable and the bathroom clean and good size with a great shower. Almost as good as the location is the staff. The two gentlemen in reception, especially Mr. Hamed were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Equally spectacular service from the ladies in the restaurant."

The bathroom fluorescent lights - irritating buzzing and horrible light shade. It would be nice to change those to LEDs.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Peaceful Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Ramgarh Lodge. The breakfast was absolutely excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a lovely variety each morning. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."
