If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El personal es realmente muy amable y sabe tratar muy bien al huésped"

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

In my opinion the beds where just to hard which gave me severe back pains, the apartments could do with some air-conditioning for the hot nights as that also makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. The TV in the unit could be updated to a smart tv for better quality picture and sound, also giving us access to using our own Netflix or movie app accounts to enjoy our favourite shows or movies whilst on holiday.

"A estadia no Bocuti foi perfeita! A praia é de tirar o fôlego, e há espaço nos guarda-sóis para todos os hóspedes com tranquilidade (e com reserva gratuita). O quarto é amplo, limpo e repleto de recursos tecnológicos. O nível de serviço é impecável, todos te tratam muito bem e com simpatia, sem contar as comidas e bebidas no serviço de praia e no bar que são maravilhosas. Caso queira visitar as lojas de Palm Beach, há táxis disponíveis a todo momento na frente do hotel. Também amei a massagem que fiz no Spa do hotel. Recomendo muito e certamente voltaria!!"

Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)

The water in the swimming pools/water slides was a little bit too cold

sem elevador nas vilas, então quem tiver ponto de acessibilidade é importante informar demora pra repor toalhas e tapetes no banheiro não tem coleta de lixo reciclável no quarto, gasta-se muita garrafa plástica não há opção de economia em troca de toalha: troca-se todos os dias, pensa-se pouco em sustentabilidade

Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean with great decor. The restaurants on the property were quite good, with our favorite being Kumin. Special mention to Kavish from Guest Relations who always made an effort to connect with us each day, and recommend things to do on the island including some great restaurants. Also to Hevin from the Pool Bar, who went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. Overall highly recommended."

Honestly nothing. The asian food at Jasmin restaurants, especially the sushi could have been better. But that's stretching to find a con!

"Tudo era uma delícia. Tudo limpo. Equipe simpática, educada, atenciosa. A infraestrutura superou expectativas. Estava cheio mas não lotado, então foi super confortável e divertido. Teve atividades extras de Natal. Ainda me fizeram a gentileza de separar lanchinhos para meu bebê comer no avião num voo de 6h."

O wi-fi era instável e quase não pegava no quarto. Fizeram uma manutenção barulhenta na hora da soneca da minha bebê.

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

Reservei um transfer do aeroporto até o Hotel, me deixaram 1 hora esperando e faltou muita atenção da recepção, pois eu tive que me virar no aeroporto, numa situação de desconforto de várias pessoas querendo me enrolar, haviam esquecido ou errado a data do transfer, e eu esperava bem mais do Hotel e da recepção na maneira de tratar o assunto.
