"Já havia ficado na mesma acomodação na semana anterior e gostei tanto que reservei novamente para uma nova estadia. Apartamento amplo, muito bem arrumado e limpo. Atendimento e cordialidade ímpar do proprietário Johnny, sempre disposto a ajudar e atender nossos pedidos."

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

Em dias de festas no fim de semana, é um pouco barulhento. Temperatura do qto muito quente mesmo em dias de frio e sem poder ajustar.

A cama é muito pequena .

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

"The property was clean, well equipped and well maintained. The little beach was lovely with enough sun beds for everyone. There are only 4 restaurants in walking distance (one was around d 18 mins up the hill on the main road) and one bar that closes at 7pm. The Bucaneer shop is not very well stocked and the nearest supermarket is a drive away."

The pool was cleaned daily but could do with a midday skim as there’s a lot of tree debris that falls in. The beach is a thoroughfare for cruisers that have been dropped off for the day to get to the public beach

"Localização ótima, café da manha simples, mas bom. Tem muitos restaurantes a uma distância que dá pra ir andando. Relativamente perto do teleférico, mas fui de taxi. Cama muito conforatavel."

a piscina é em um lugar fechado, abafado e não muito bonito, a sauna não funciona. Meu quarto na tinha ar condicionado, acredito que por conta do clima, mas durante o dia o quarto fica bem quente.

"In the mall makes it super accessible. Apartments are large and well kept. Lovely views over Bahrain. Kind staff. We slept very well."

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

"Prontidão para o check-in por telefone, mesmo ao chegarmos depois do horário. Boa localização (a alguns minutos a pé do ponto de ônibus; em torno de 20 min até o centro utilizando transporte público). Estúdio espaçoso, bem iluminado, com pequeno jardim particular, cama confortável e cozinha com o básico para esquentar uma janta e comer lá (não tentamos cozinhar). Banheiro de bom tamanho, chuveiro quentinho. Próximo a uma boa padaria, um mercadinho e um restaurante."

Cortina do chuveiro poderia ser de vidro para molhar menos o chão. Mas não afeta a temperatura do banho. Não chegamos a pegar café da manhã da acomodação. Compramos nossos itens no mercado e comemos no quarto.

Le store dans la chambre ne permet pas d’avoir un noir total, il y avait de la lumière dans la chambre la nuit.

It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!

"Perfect location in the center of Dubai marina nearby beach. Tram stop in front of the hotel = 2 stops to metro. Very nice and pleasant hotel personnel. Supermarket and apotheke next to the hotel appreciated. Rich breakfests and dinners. Clean rooms, daily cleaning."

"A experiência de alugar o apartamento foi ótima. Ele é muito bem localizado, iluminado e tem uma boa infraestrutura para quem quer tomar seu café da manhã ou fazer refeições por conta própria. Sem contar que vimos a aurora boreal lá mesmo, da janela! Vários dias!"

Eu e minha família sugerimos 3 ajustes: uma das janelas do quarto não veda totalmente e entra um ar gelado. O porta papel higiênico estava torto e o papel caía no chão a toda hora. E seria bom ter um late check out mais extenso com a possibilidade de deixar as malas num local sem acesso por outros viajantes. Ah, a internet estava lenta em muitos momentos. Wi fi pode ser incrementado.

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

Na unidade em que ficamos se ouvia um pouco mais o barulho da rua e dos ônibus passando; Como tem escadas para o segundo piso, tem que cuidar na estadia com crianças pequenas

"Good location. A few minutes walk to the public beach, bus stops, next to a supermarket. Parking available. Night life nearby. A few restaurants reachable on foot. The staff was very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the aircon and the manager was quick to sort it out. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily."

The glass door in the bathroom rubs against the floor and makes a loud noise. Lots of dried leaves in the pool. The internet is too slow.
