"A localização é excelente para quem deseja ficar no centro da cidade, próximo ao rio e ao palácio, sendo possível o deslocamento a pé a vários pontos de interesse. O quarto em que ficamos era silencioso, apesar de toda a agitação do centro. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bom. O restaurante do hotel tem boas opções a preços razoáveis."

"Apenas um problema com o chuveiro no início da estadia (quando ligava o chuveiro derrubava a energia do quarto), mas foi rapidamente resolvido pela equipe do hotel."

"Weird setup , with having elevator, on some floors , had to then go up flight of stairs.....get used to it after. No major problem, as staff help u with luggage."

"The staff were great, booked my bus and were accommodating, breakfast was simple but good, nice location just a few steps to the river and on weekends they shut down the street for a market and events. My room had a window that faced the street which was alright, a fridge, kettle and a desk.. Light switch by the bed was a nice touch."

"Loved my usual room 101. Comfy and clean. My 3rd stay here. My bicycle was stored in a passage near the kitchen. The smoothies are fantastic, the breakfast perfect. The staff are friendly and smiley. The pets are cute. I like the lady owner. The location is fantastic and you can walk everywhere. I will always stay here when in the city."

"The previous guest in my room must have smoked a million cigarettes because the smell of smoke was overpowering. Not the hotels fault."
