Bed very uncomfortable and creaked with any movement. Location very poor, rubbish everywhere un the streets and not very inviting . Room had slight smell of smoke despite being a non smoking room people smoking in roof bar not seen before in Cambodia ( or not noticed!)

Stairs are steep. Some bits need upgrade eg bathroom & hairdryer didn’t work.

"Good swimming pool and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and the homemade yogurt for breakfast was amazing. Otres beach is lovely and we hired a boat to $60 and went to the nearby smaller islands for snorkelling. We also visited Bamboo island which was a little paradise. There are limited restaurants in the area but a Tuk Tuk ride to the old ferry terminal and there are plants of options."

As some reviewers has stated there is a bit of rubbish on the Main Street but this seems to be an issue across Cambodia. Just walk past it and then to the beautiful beach.

Firstly, the directions taken from booking.com were incorrect causing high tensions with taxi driver Staff, not friendly at all, and spoke very little English They tried to charge me more than I was quoted through booking.com, and told me it was an error After heated conversations and phone calls, they finally conceded Noisy construction work going on next door

"Fantastic staff. Rooftop bar and restaurant was gorgeous. The food was delicious some of the best cooked fish we had in Cambodia. When we had difficulties with the noise from the bars, they upgraded us to a different room where there was no noise. They could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were incredibly clean. We also really liked the pastry shop in the hotel lobby. The coffee there was great."

The booking said a cruise and cocktails was included. Our room was upgraded but then no one mentioned the cruise to us. We didn't complain due to having a room upgrade.
