No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

"The staff especially the young girl at the counter were very helpful. She helped us a lot in planning our itinerary, which metros to take, and good places to eat . The location was good but slightly far from Taipei Main station. Even snacks were kept for the guests which were not seen in any other hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

Tinha apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Não tinha edredon ou cobertor e não dava para solicitar porque não fica ninguém durante a noite no local.

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

Nothing much but just the parking would be an issue since everything is almost full due to center of attraction area.

"Iglus muito confortáveis apesar só espaço pequeno. Camas confortáveis e vista espetacular. O café da manhã estava incluso na reserva, bem saboroso. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e solícitos. O hotel dispunha de sauna inclusa e dispunha de atividades pagas ao ar livre. O jantar não era incluso, a comida estava boa, com preço médio de 18 euros. O gloki particularmente estava muito bom."

O carregador de celular no quarto não estava funcionando.

"Amazing people are working there on reception and wellness Wellness is super, breakfast is good, dinner is ok (because one time we had bufet dinner which was super, while another evening we had dinner from menu which was not so tasty)"

Photos of the room while booking was different from the room which we got, so were a bit upset about it.

"Limpo , c praia em frente , café da manhã pago a parte porém c opções de omeletes , ovos mexidos , panquecas muito saborosos. Café a vontade o dia todo ."

Já sabia q era distante do centro , somente enfatizando q até Bay Street e proximidades U$50 por trajeto num percurso de 25 min . Utilizamos transporte público , U$1.75 por pessoa , linha 10 , nos atendeu muito bem

"Muito bem localizado, os donos foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem e deram informações sobre passeios. Não conseguimos voar de balão devido o tempo mas sugiro ver com eles a contratação do passeio."
