Fiquei no segundo andar onde era possível ouvir bastante ruído do andar de cima (passos e móveis arrastando). No quarto poderia ter cafeteira ou pelo menos uma chaleira elétrica, tão comum em outras hospedagens. A TV não era Smart, não sendo possível conectar ao YouTube ou Netflix por exemplo.

Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

Room didn’t look exactly how it does in the pictures, but was still nice. There were a lot of mosquitoes around though and I did get bitten in the night a lot due to no mosquito net, so make sure you wear repellent. Location is on the opposite side of bikini beach and next to the prison, but as the island is so small it’s still only a 15 minute walk away from the restaurants and main beach, however something to consider.

Poderia ter cortina para separar o chuveiro da privada nos banheiros, mas isso encontramos em várias estadias, parece costume local.

"If you're looking for a quiet place, Villa Serenity by the Water is where you need to go... and yet, it's just a throw of stone away from shops and busy places... as for the breakfast, I must say I've enjoyed the sweetest omelette ever, accompanied with a selection of fruits/yoghurt/toasts... exactly what I needed to start my next journey on the right foot !!!... apart from that, rooms are large, very well quiped and nicely decorated... making your stay real enjoyable !"

I found it a little difficult to adjust temperature in the shower as it is a sophisticated model with thermostat... but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for advice and I'm sure I would have mastered the issue !

"The location just off the highway was perfect for me and I was able to book it on the travel day. There was a comfortable family vibe and the staff was extremely friendly. They made me perfect fried eggs for breakfast, served in a beautifully decorated room that had a large selection of bread, jams, cheeses, meat cuts, yoghurt, cereals, fresh juice, different kinds of coffee and tea."

The main entrance was closed at arrival, so I had to find the barn door to get in. There are parking spaces in front of the property, but if you arrive during dinner service, these might be taken by restaurant guests.

The safe did not function and no screens on the windows.

From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive, which created a really warm and relaxing atmosphere. The views were absolutely beautiful and we could truly enjoy and admire them during our stay. It made the whole experience even more special. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. Ideally located to visit tourist attractions within reasonable radius. Piggs Peak town 1km away and provides all necessary shops, fuel stations and off course a KFC."

Even if the language barrier, they always remembered what we were up to and asked how things were. Whenever we had a question, they were always ready to help out. It's not often that we've met such helpful and nice staff members. The room was clean, comfortable, and so much better than a lot of other places we stayed at on our trip in Guatemala. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if we ever go back to Antigua."

"This is a family recreational resort with some dorms. Mine was inside the main building near the inside pool and table tennis area. The showers and two toilets are those used by the pool guests. I was fortunate to have only one female dorm mate. There are lockers outside in the hallway and you are given a room key. The manager kindly lent me sheets. I liked the location in the woods not far from the pedestrian street."

The kitchen could use some new utensils. There were no cups or glasses, just some plastic cups.

Difícil falar o que não gostei. Um dos quartos que tinha uma janela que não ventilação tão bem e o banho saia pouca água.. Mas apenas isso.

По информация от сайта - размерът на стаята е 15 кв.м. За стая Nо 2 тази квадратура вероятно включва и банята, и балкона. Стаята е изключително малка. За една-две нощи е ОК, но за по-дълга ваканция за двама не е за предпочитане. Би било добре да се постави закачалка за връхни дрехи (към момента липсва).

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

"What an AMAZING place! The cabinas are well spaced apart and feel very private all located a in stunning and vibrant location. The wildlife is right on your porch, we saw howler monkeys’s, white faced monkeys, agouti, iguanas and lots of birds. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring Montezuma. The cabins itself was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the hammock! It was very well kitted out with everything we needed for cooking as a family of 3 and the pre chilled bottle of water in the fridge was greatly appreciated on our arrival. Location wise it is perfectly situated only 5 min away from shops and supermarkets where you can get all you need and in the pother direction (around a 3 min drive) is Montezuma, with loads of delicious places to eat and lots of stunning places to explore. We most definitely felt at home here and didn’t want to leave"
