"All was lovely, the food was particularly good and a pleasant surprise after some of the restaurants we had eaten at on our trip. The cottage was great, the linen very good, the swimming pool a great asset."

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

Tinha apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Não tinha edredon ou cobertor e não dava para solicitar porque não fica ninguém durante a noite no local.

Senti falta de um espelho no quarto, bem como uma jarra com água gelada dentro da geladeira (para quando chegássemos).

"If you're visiting Malta this is an excellent place to stay. Sliema itself is a bustling harbour town with plenty bars, cafes, shops within ten minutes walk of hotel. Also within ten minutes walk is the harbour where you can book boat trips to Gozo and blue lagoon, and get a ferry to Valetta which takes ten minutes in itself (or around 8 euros in a Bolt) if you book a boat trip through Viator make sure this pickup point in Sliema is your closest one on Google maps. It'll be much more convenient. Facilities basic but clean and comfortable. Free bottled water at reception and coffee machine at reception. Some toilets aren't in the bedrooms but are very close and robes etc are provided. Would recommend."

Only thing is the busy road lots of noisy bikes so take some silicone ear plugs for at night if you're a sensitive sleeper. Although I slept okay most nights, and this will affect most hotels in the area.

"Muito bem localizado, os donos foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem e deram informações sobre passeios. Não conseguimos voar de balão devido o tempo mas sugiro ver com eles a contratação do passeio."

"This is a small hotel in a superb location with colourful gardens and excellent views. The friendly and hard working staff were extremely helpful, and the owner Primus met us at the airport and drove us to the hotel, for a pre-arranged fee. This made our arrival so much easier and stress free. He also arranged car rental for us which was excellent value. There's a nice lounging area overlooking the bay, good for watching sunsets, and a refreshing pool. Home cooked food available lunch and dinner, as well as breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed a most memorable and relaxing stay."

Nothing much but just the parking would be an issue since everything is almost full due to center of attraction area.

"Da localização em San Miguel. A princípio, pensei que havia feito escolha errada porque tinha que usar o barco para ir à Flores. Depois, com as dicas do nosso anfitrião, o amável Peter, descobrimos uma praia maravilhosa próxima, um sítio arqueológico, o Tayasal, ainda em fase de escavação e um Mirador, com bela vista para Flores."

Não havia boas opções de restaurantes em San Miguel.

"The host was really helpful, the room was clean with beautiful views and the location couldn't be better."

"Great location. Room has a nice view of the city. Easy self check-in process which they explain via videos they send on whatsapp. Communication with the staff via whatsapp was also easy and fast."

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)
