"Equipe super atenciosa e prestativa. Nosso cruzeiro teve um problema e atrasou 10h, eles nos esperaram até a noite para fazer o checkin. Localização excelente. Quarto simples, porém muito limpo. Wifi bom."

Tinha apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Não tinha edredon ou cobertor e não dava para solicitar porque não fica ninguém durante a noite no local.

"A área externa do hotel, onde fica a piscina, cadeiras e bar é muito boa. A localização é perfeita, muito próxima a pub street mas em um local silencioso. Da pra ir a pé para todos os lugares. Os funcionários também são muito simpáticos e solicitos."

Os quartos são simples e um pouco pequenos. Mas suficiente para uma estadia curta. O hotel também possui um número impressionante de pernilongos. É obrigatório uso de repelente e nós também usamos inseticida no quarto.

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

"The host was adorable, very helpful and warm. The bed was comfortable, the area was very cute and peaceful. The dining room was cosy and well decorated. Last but not least, the breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh croissants!"

The shared bathroom could use a renovation (very basic shower with a shower head up on the wall) and the windows in the room were old and should be changed for better isolation. Also, you absolutely need a car as it's a bit far from the bus stop.

As it was late in the season, we were the only guests. Sandra was very helpful and set our breakfast out for us before she had to go out to work. The breakfast was rather unappetising with cheap sliced bread & ham, plentiful, but unappealing.

Apesar do box no banheiro, nosso chão ficou inundado quando tomamos banho.

"A equipe foi muito amigável e atenciosa! A única coisa ruim foi que o chuveiro estava quebrado, assim só foi possível tomar banho de bacia."

O banheiro poderia ser mais confortável.

Já sabia q era distante do centro , somente enfatizando q até Bay Street e proximidades U$50 por trajeto num percurso de 25 min . Utilizamos transporte público , U$1.75 por pessoa , linha 10 , nos atendeu muito bem

"The guesthouse is situated at a peaceful street. Friendly staff. We were given a nice room facing to the quiet backyard so we were able to keep the window open all night, allowing us good sleep. All we needed were in the room: shower, good beds, fan to keep the room cooler. The breakfast was good. The beautiful Rakvere castle is within a brisk walk, also some good restaurants and a supermarket are few steps away."
