"A személyzet, mind a recepción, mind az étteremben nagyon nagyon kedves, segítőkèsz, barátságos volt. A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. Az ételek isteniek, bőségesek, változatosak. Minden fantasztikus volt."

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

"The manager and the staff are very friendly, they help in every aspect. The accommodation is clean and they offer an excellent breakfast. All in all, I don't have anything to reclaim."

"I stayed at Le Bellerive in Payret le Chateau on a recent motorcycle trip.Greeted by Alfred, I got a fabulous room overlooking the lake. I dined in the restaurant and had the recommended Coq au Vin with a soap starter and desert which were all absolutely delicious with lovely ambiance both inside and out. Easy parking for my bike too just under my bedroom window. I would recommend this hotel to all travelling in this location Peter Ireland"

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."

"The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

"Отель новый, все как на фото и в описании, туалетные принадлежности есть (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка) , имеются халаты и тапочки, чайник и чашки."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

While the accommodation was clean and comfortable, it is in dire need of an update.

Não havia recepcionista no hotel o que dificultou um pouco o check in.

"Excelente localização , hotel com excelente custo benefício. Na recepção os funcionários foram muito solícitos e atenciosos. Gostei também dos cafés disponíveis gratuitamente pelas manhãs , além de água a vontade ao longo do dia . Tinha também sachês de chá, água quente e leite pra tomar pelas manhãs . Gostei também da máquina que vendia salgados, chocolates, refrigerantes e energético na entrada do hotel ."

O wi fi do hotel teve muitas instabilidades e chegou a não funcionar. E para quem quiser tomar café da manhã ou almoço ou jantar no hotel essa opção não existe. Como alternativa eles dão café pra beber pela manhã , além de leite . Mas para compensar tem alguns restaurantes próximos ao hotel que tem café da manhã como o La Boheme. Super indico 😊

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

"A localização, mesmo sendo em uma área central com estações de metrô próximas, é uma área com bastante imigrantes e um pouco esquisita."

O quarto é pequeno, mas atende se você apenas quiser tomar um banho e dormir, nos atendeu perfeitamente.

Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

"Quarto super confortável e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom com um atendimento ótimo. O restaurante que tem no hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso."

Pegamos um quarto com jacuzzi e a sacada do quarto era virada para a rua, acho que seria bacana se fosse colocado alguma coisa para deixar o vidro fosco e dar um pouco mais de privacidade. Como a varanda era virada para a rua e foi em um fim de semana, as pessoas do se juntavam na rua para jantar e conversar, deixando a jacuzzi muito exposta. Se o vidro não fosse transparente já estava ótimo. De resto amamos o hotel e a acomodação.

"Ótima localização! Quarto bem espaçoso em dois ambientes, com duas camas de solteiro, sofá, mesa de centro, frigobar, poltrona e bancada de trabalho grande. Vários espelhos e banheiro grande."

O chuveiro é um pouco fraco. Não tem tomada na cabeceira da cama. O ar condicionado é portátil. Mas não precisei ligar.

"Localização ótima, café da manhã com muita variedade, Transfer gratuito para granvallira e funcionários muito prestativos, além de termos uma loja de locação de equipamentos no local e armários para guardar equipamentos. Gostamos muito de tudo."
