Hotéis no Lesoto

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

A sauna não estava funcionando a academia bem limitada, e no anúncio diz que está tudo funcionando, não é verdade, o Funcionario disse que uma vez no anos eles fecham por um mês a sauna e academia para fazer manutenção, isso tem que está no anúncio e não está.

Houve um problema de comunicação, pelo qual nossa chegada antecipada não foi registrada, o que acarretou em nosso quarto não estar pronto. Tivemos que trocar de quarto no segundo dia. Além disso, o elevador apresentou alguns problemas, sendo que cheguei a ficar presa em uma ocasião.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Tem uma boa estrutura: piscinas (acho que a piscina descoberta poderia ser remodelada. Tem uma mureta que tira a visão para o mar; poderia ser um anteparo de vidro), academia boa (aparelhos novos) e os lounges/ recepção bem amplos."

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

"A arquitetura do hotel é linda e fica a apenas uma caminhada da cidade velha, localização excelente."

Faz falta uma garagem em anexo ao hotel e os box do chuveiro precisam ser um pouco mais largos. Uma pessoa um pouco maior precisa tomar banho de lado e ainda molha todo banheiro. Apesar disso, o chuveiro é ótimo. Dica: não ousem deixar o carro na rua se tiverem placa de fora do país. Na primeira noite nosso carro teve o vidro quebrado no centro.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

"I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel. Room 105 was cozy, clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room was very clean and nice , and everything felt well maintained. I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

O café da manhã tem cardápio diferenciado e é servido no restaurante que fica em frente ao mar, onde se tem uma belíssima vista e pode-se ver tubarões, leões marinho, peixes e aves. A equipe é excelente, muito atenciosa e prestativa - destaque para o Senhor Ênio, sempre gentil e atento às nossas necessidades - sem apresentar a frieza que vemos em muitos hotéis sofisticados."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

Cafe da manhã razoavel e variado, embora identico todos os dias. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos. Agradecimento especial a Sandrir e Bull que organizaram para que pudéssemos ir a um show e a um passeio. Chegaram a criar um grupo de WhatsApp para que nos comunicassemos. Entretanto, como fui vítima de um pickpocket e fiquei sem meu telefone, não pude agradecer. Segue entao: obrigada, vocês fizeram nossas memorias da Mongólia serem mais felizes. Sempre me lembrarei de vocês com carinho."

O quarto em que ficamos era enorme, mas tinha uma porta de comunicação com outro, o que acho extremamente desagradável. O guarda roupa, de duas portas, seria razoável, se uma porta e metade da outra não fossem apenas para esconder um pilar. Um quarto enorme sem ter onde guardar as roupas? Não compreendo... No mais tudo ok
