"O hotel é antigo, mas muito bem conservado. A limpeza é excelente, o enxoval novo e de qualidade. É um hotel comercial, então sem muita expectativa em relação a hospitalidade. Cafe da manhã razoavel e variado, embora identico todos os dias. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos. Agradecimento especial a Sandrir e Bull que organizaram para que pudéssemos ir a um show e a um passeio. Chegaram a criar um grupo de WhatsApp para que nos comunicassemos. Entretanto, como fui vítima de um pickpocket e fiquei sem meu telefone, não pude agradecer. Segue entao: obrigada, vocês fizeram nossas memorias da Mongólia serem mais felizes. Sempre me lembrarei de vocês com carinho."

O quarto em que ficamos era enorme, mas tinha uma porta de comunicação com outro, o que acho extremamente desagradável. O guarda roupa, de duas portas, seria razoável, se uma porta e metade da outra não fossem apenas para esconder um pilar. Um quarto enorme sem ter onde guardar as roupas? Não compreendo... No mais tudo ok

"Friendly staff, good service, clean and close to the airport."

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

A localização é um pouco longe para quem quer fazer turismo, tipo bate e volta. Mas é excelente para quem vai curtir o hotel.

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

"Comfortable beds, nice shower. The staff is friendly and helped me with all my needs. The restaurant is great."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"Location. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Large room and fully equipped kitchen."

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. You can feel the beds springs. Mattress too thin.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

Apenas detalhes que nao interferiram tanto na experiência: A luz do corredor passava pela porta iluminando o quarto, e o piso de madeira fazia ruido.

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

"Rooftop pool and spa was excellent..Room cleaned every day with fresh towels etc..Staff always were smiling..Beach 50 meters from hotel was amazing..Lots of restaurants to choose from and taxi rank bang opposite hotel..Fantastic 🙃"

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

"Steps away to beach. The restaurant/bar serves delicious food and drinks. The staffs were friendly and ready to help with anything. Will definitely return again."

"Gostamos da localização e do bom atendimento das pessoas. Apesar do hotel não ter academia eles tem um desconto com uma completa e pertinho (íamos à pé). Outro ponto é que, apesar de não ser pé na areia, tem convênio com o beach club Madero no Mabo Beach que íamos também à pé. Adoramos tudo!"

"We loves the hotel in general. The rooms were well equipped, the food was super delicious, the portions were great. The staff was helpful and extraordinarily kind to small children."

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.
