"The location to the area I needed to be in. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does have screening security at the doors, a very good selection of cold foods for breakfast buffet, restaurants and coffee shop on site."
"Cost, everything is unbelievably expensive, well above regional average and above most of its European counterparts. On arrival I was told my stay had been paid for through booking.com, the following night I couldn’t access my room, reception stated I hadn’t paid my extras!!! Turns out they had only charged me the 1st night, then proceeded to try and blame me for not noticing. You’ll need a VPN, my bank app wouldn’t allow access through the hotel WIFI without it on. English isn’t widely spoken, so expect to use my translate apps for anything complex. Some staff were oddly behaved, at breakfast I asked for an omelette at the egg station, the girl started the omelette then just walked off. I went back 10 mins later to see where it was, another chef was making them for her to take to room service, mine sidelined, same for coffee."

La climatisation est toujours trop puissante quand on revient dans sa chambre le soir à moins de coller un post it sur l'interrupteur pour demander qu'on ne l'active pas! Le prix des boissons est exorbitant pour l'endroit."
