We didn't get a room by the pool as we had booked. Very slow service at breakfast. Old dusty furniture/kitchen equipment etc in public areas should be taken away for a better experience. The poolbar had very limited assortment.

"It is very cozy and amazing place. I like not very big hotels with warm attitude from all of stuff. And this hotel is admirable according my choice. Not very big, near old center of the city, quite cheap, very clean and with gorgeous owners. The breakfast is separate song in this story)) It was huge, very tasty and very Georgian. "O café da manhã é excelente, diversificado todos os dias, preparado na hora pela sra. Ingrid. O atendimento da sra. Ingrid é ótimo, sempre atenta aos detalhes e às preferências de cada um. Faz você sentir-se em casa. A localização não é muito boa para quem prefere as praias, é recomendável alugar um carro para os deslocamentos pois os custos com taxis são muito altos e nem sempre estão disponíveis no momento desejado. Por outro lado, o silêncio e a tranquilidade à noite são ótimos para uma boa noite de sono."

Os chuveiros não tem água quente. Mesmo no calor, tem muita gente que não gosta de água fria para o banho.

"Excelente custo-benefício para sua estadia em Comores. Ótima localização, quarto confortável. Fica na beira-mar com uma linda vista do mar. Wifi ok. Fiquei também no Golden Tulip nesta viagem. Acho que vale mais ficar no Farida Lodge, fica na cidade, ao contrário do outro, e um melhor preço."

O ar-condicionado do meu quarto não gelou de forma tão efetiva. Fora isso tudo ótimo!

"Great location in a quiet street very close to the airport. Airport pick up and drop off very easy. Comfortable spacious room with excellent shower. Spotlessly clean and good aircon. Very nice outdoor swimming pool and whole place in a gated secure compound. Basic continental breakfast that you help yourself to in the communal kitchen. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Recommended!"

As instalações são bem simples mas vale o custo beneficio, considerando que USVI é um lugar muito caro.

"Superb experience at Camping Mittagsspitze. Lovely little bungalow perfect for our needs with good, clean facilities. Pool was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed by my 8 year old. Location is fantastic by the mountains; really amazing views. Would stay again. Thanks!"

"O hotel é bom, mas houve um problema de falta de luz na cidade e ficamos quase 2 dias sem energia e água corrente. A dona foi bastante solícita e providenciou baldes, vasilhas e água potável para escovar os dentes. Alguns poucos lugares na cidade tinham gerador. A cama é boa, o chuveiro também, estava limpo e o quarto é grande com uma vista interessante. O café da manhã foi bom também, um dia foi o tradicional de lá e outro dia mais parecido com o americano."

Não é longe da praça principal, mas é uma ladeira, então para alguns pode não ser ideal. Mas há sempre a opção de pegar um tuk tuk.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

No complaints. Please understand that tourism is severely impacted by the Gazan war. Many hotels and restaurants are closed and those that are open often are operating in a limited capacity. For example hotel restaurants might not operate at all. This affects all hotels. There were almost no tourists as of November 2025.

"This hasn't been my first stay at Chez Giuliana and it won't be the last – it's a family-run place that makes you feel at home, especially in a place like Ouagadougou, where finding a place that feels genuinely caring can make all the difference, There is nothing impersonal about this place. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is served on the terrace – fresh fruit, coffee and cakes baked in-house. My rooms was comfortable and impeccably clean. Wi-fi connection is very reliable, which is great for me as I need it for work."

"Used as a base as we were visiting family , so a good location for that. Fairly quiet location & only 15 minutes stroll to Front St . Owner wasn’t seen but was easily contactable by mobile. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy."
