6 On Protea

"Perfect room with a view, wonderful staff - nothing too much trouble, and THE most comfortable bed!"

"Lovely light, well furnished room - balcony with panaramic view of the harbour - excellent stay."

"Situated on rough roads up steep hill (hense the great view) - easy walk into the harbour front for dinner but not good for walking back in dark as few footpaths, streetlights etc. Need a car or take an uber back."

"Well appointed, clean, good order , air con very welcome"

"Excellent size room’s nicely furnished with wonderful views of the lagoon"

"The architecture of the hotel was designed successfully that even our room was on the back side we had an astonishingly chance to see Knysna's excellent wiev. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The stuff of the hotel were very helpfull easy check in and check out . specially thanks to Mohammed."

"i beileve that; if the hotel management will purchase an automatic coffee machine, breakfast will be better. the oortion of the scramble egg and mushroom must be increased."

"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at 6 Protea, and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. Mr. Mohammed, the host, is truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and with such a genuine spirit that makes every guest feel valued and welcomed. The rooms were spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained, while the entire place carried an atmosphere of calm and comfort. Waking up to the superb views each morning was an absolute highlight — the perfect balance of relaxation and beauty. It is excellent service and hospitality like this that keeps guests coming back. Mohammed is truly a gem — not just a host, but someone who goes the extra mile to ensure that every detail is perfect and every guest leaves with a smile. Thank you, Mohammed, for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be returning and recommending 6 Protea to family, friends, and anyone looking for a place where comfort, care, and kindness meet."
