Limpeza do banheiro (tinha pelos no box) e a recepcionista veio ao nosso quarto 10 minutos antes do horário do check-out para nos 'avisar que estava na hora' e Já tinham malas de outros hospedes na porta do quarto!!! Nós ja estavamos nos ultimos detalhes para sair e se o check-out é as 11hs eu posso sair até as 11hs, achei desrespeitoso essa expulsão! O check-in é mais tarde justamente para dar tempo de arrumarem o quarto antesde outros hospedes chegarem... cheguei na recepção com minhas malas para check-out as 10:58 e a pessoa estava com muita má vontade, como se eu tivesse fazendo algo errado... o lugar é ótimo, mas essa parte me incomodou muito!!!

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of accommodation, it was fabulous. The safari drive was excellent, giving you an opportunity to get close to the animals. We had dinner and breakfast at the lodge and both were lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful."

"I stayed at AppleBee in November 2025. The communication beforehand was very smooth and Jeannine was always quick to reply and help out with any questions. All the staff was very kind and Tony makes sure your on site stay runs smoothly. The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed, which made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Since it was a longer stay it was nice that we were able to cook in the cottage as well. The pool was also a very nice extra. The breakfast was very tasty, if you're not yet sure to book it I would definitely recommend it. If I'm returning to Makhanda I will definitely come back here."
