"The location of the hotel was good, and the atmosphere was good, especially if you want to stay with the family. Transport link with on 100meter. It is neat and clean, and every day was room service. Staff was very humble. I would recommend to stay there."

"Client service and experience was very good! Friendly and accomodating staff and always making sure the room is clean. W Station is more like the neighbourhood hotel, that's very cozy and you can see a lot of thought has gone into the design, space and rooms trying to maximise every space possible. Also quieter nieghbourhood compared to most in Bangkok, it's very cozy and family orientated - made me relaxed and forget abit about the fast paced life back home in South Africa. Thank you for the awesome stay!"

"Check-in was smooth and the staff were really kind and welcoming. I chose this hotel because of the atmosphere in the photos, and it didn’t disappoint. The vibe was warm and cozy, not cold or clinical with harsh white lights like many places. The interior had a comfortable, inviting feel, just like the staff. I also appreciated that it wasn’t a huge hotel: it felt more personal. The restaurant had fair prices and the food was genuinely delicious. You can tell they really know how to cook. I was honestly amazed by how good it was."

"The room was a bit smaller than I expected. Also, I had to pay for a broken glass that I didn’t break. It was in my room and after housekeeping had been there, I found the drinking glass with a crack in it. I hadn’t even used it. I didn’t want to get into a discussion on my second day there so I did not explain it and just paid for it."
