"Atendimento maravilhoso de todos os funcionários do local. Começou com o cuidado da moça que eu acredito ser a dona, de nos esperar chegar de madrugada no hotel, dormindo no chão do hall de entrada. O lugar é simples, mas o atendimento e a simpatia compensa tudo. Viemos de lua de mel e recebemos uma buquê de flores no segundo dia, foi incrível. Precisamos tomar banho antes de pegarmos o trem no dia que sairmos e além de deixar guardado nossas coisas para passearmos nos disponibilizaram um banheiro. Realmente tem detalhes que não tem preço que pague."

"Infelizmente o chuveiro é elétrico e quando ele esquenta e cai e precisa esperar um tempo para continuar a tomar um banho quente. Infelizmente não apresenta café da manhã, mas tem umas bolachinhas incríveis, se for não deixe de provar, rs."

"Location is perfect for me. Not a noisy or crowded area but near to places I want to see. Toilet is clean. The microwave, cups and dishes at the lobby are for guest’s use and there’s water, coffee and small cookies too. Communication challenges are alleviated by translation apps. Staff are helpful. Will stay again."

"The staff were incredibly helpful, they gave us lots of tips on arrival of things to check out. We had to wait until 8pm for our transfer to Bangkok and we were allowed to leave our bags with them and wait in the lobby while they brought us water. The room itself was great but the staff made it exceptional."

"Location is superb - the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, (day & night) markets, a public park, eateries, tourist information shops (where we booked our half-day tours), and massage shops. The staff is very warm and friendly, and customer service is great! They offered us local sweet treats and cake, on two occasions. We were very surprised when, one evening, the manageress tried to hail a "songthaew" (red taxi) for us, even though she didn't have to. Whenever we needed something (like a change of pillow), they were very quick to fulfill our request. Also, we loved that the room, bathroom and bed were very clean and well-kept."

"There is no cupboard to hang your clothes; only clothes hooks and hangers are provided. The pillow was too high for me, so I requested a flatter one, and the staff promptly gave me one."
