"Nice and special spacious rooms. A real holiday resort with everything you need or don’t need"

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

A alimentação tem pouca variedade para um hotel 4 ou 5 estrelas, mas é muito boa, inclusive com pratos típicos, como chipa, vori vori mbeju. O pôr do sol com vista para o Rio Paraná deixa o lugar ainda mais incrível."

A temperatura do ar condicionado nas áreas comuns é muito baixa, chega a ser desagradável, ainda mais com crianças pequenas. Falta um ponto de apoio para preparar chimarrão. No dispenser de água quente a água é fervendo. Nos dias que fomos, faltaram toalhas para trocar durante a piscina.

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

Teve atividades extras de Natal. Ainda me fizeram a gentileza de separar lanchinhos para meu bebê comer no avião num voo de 6h."

O wi-fi era instável e quase não pegava no quarto. Fizeram uma manutenção barulhenta na hora da soneca da minha bebê.

They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

The buffet restaurant for an evening meal was not open so there were limited options on site

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

The two gentlemen in reception, especially Mr. Hamed were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Equally spectacular service from the ladies in the restaurant."

The bathroom fluorescent lights - irritating buzzing and horrible light shade. It would be nice to change those to LEDs.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

Only the lack of internet. There are no connexion even with data. So it can be frustrating when connexion is needed (to check flight for exemple)
