"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

"The villa setup gives real privacy and calm, and the resort layout on the hillside feels like a Mediterranean-style village. You use the resort shuttle to get around, but it’s easy and well organised. All-inclusive was genuinely excellent, especially the cocktails. We tried two restaurants and the steak restaurant (The Deck) was a standout. Staff were exceptional: warm, relaxed and genuinely helpful. They also did a thoughtful birthday touch which felt personal. A small but adorable detail: they have cute little sunbeds for kids on the beach."

Not a dislike, but good to know - because it’s built on a hill, you’ll use the resort shuttle frequently, but it’s part of what creates the privacy and views.

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

Não ter acesso a praia, mas em breve terá porque estão fazendo obras.

A noite fomos jantar e conhecemos Marcelo Jardel também de Portugal e a todo momento foi muito atencioso e solicito, no SPA o Sr Luís também foi incrível e amável, no café da manhã que estava divino, Tessa uma francesa com uma energia maravilhosa nos atendeu. "Great property to relax in after a trek! Good food, staff were lovely and I enjoyed the serenity considering it is in Kathmandu."

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

A vista é maravilhosa. Amplo estacionamento e segurança 24 horas. Opções de passeios e diversas atividades esportivas na lagoa."

Não há cafeteira nos apartamentos. Também não fomos avisados com antecedência de que a piscina estava fechada para reforma e que não havia serviço de limpeza aos domingos na acomodação.

"The location and scenery is absolutely breath taking, the activities was affordable, breakfast and supper was exceptional tasty, staff was always very friendly and accommodating."

In my opinion the beds where just to hard which gave me severe back pains, the apartments could do with some air-conditioning for the hot nights as that also makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. The TV in the unit could be updated to a smart tv for better quality picture and sound, also giving us access to using our own Netflix or movie app accounts to enjoy our favourite shows or movies whilst on holiday.

"Everything was excellent.the food was very delicious everyday has every menu (that’s what we like it very much).The staff also especially in the reception was very nice and approachable.on our first day it was a little bit confusing to go in our room but there is a man a very nice man who came with us to show our room and how to get in there.Our stay was definitely perfect we came there to have a relaxation,forget the tiredness in work and also to enjoy the kids and it was really really worth it. We gonna come back for sure."

Hotel precisa de uma manutenção geral principalmente nos banheiros.Lugar muito bonito para não estar sendo cuidado .A praia é bem perigosa senti falta de guardas vidas para observação intensa.Não os vi em seus postos.Outra coisa preocupante é a falta de corrimões nas escadas de um andar para o outro.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

"I really liked the room, the facilities, and the entire complex. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Every team member was amazing—professional, friendly, and always helpful."

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

O quarto é amplo, limpo e repleto de recursos tecnológicos. O nível de serviço é impecável, todos te tratam muito bem e com simpatia, sem contar as comidas e bebidas no serviço de praia e no bar que são maravilhosas. "The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.
