"De locatie was super en het personeel was vaak vriendelijk. De pizzaparty was top en de wijn was goed."

"Het hotel is erg verouderd en aan onderhoud toe. Dit hebben ze eerder wel geprobeerd te doen in de badkamer, maar de kwaliteit van dat onderhoud maakt het helaas niet beter. Het personeel is jong (wel erg vriendelijk) maar heeft wel een hoop sturing nodig, die ontbreekt. Het eten was heel wisselvallig, van goed naar ronduit slecht. Als je houdt van 'jeugdhostel' vibes zit je hier wellicht goed."

"Non conforme aux photos sur booking !!! Chambre délabrée, lattes et planche triplex sous matelas cassées, J’avais demandé 3 lis simples,on se retrouve encaqués les uns sur les autres avec lits jumeaux et double lit insécures. Chambre surchauffée par clim,on ns dit que impossible de couper ce système qu’il faut dormir porte ouverte à -7*C car fonctionne dépendant de la température extérieure sinon lendemain tuyaux gelés et plus d’eau. Fils électriques dénudés danger+++ 1seule prise fonctionnelle pr tte la chambre,pas de lampe de chevet,douche bouchée écoulement hyper lent donc d’office déborde avec pommeau fixe trop bas mes fils ont dû se doucher accroupiés.Eau plate payante à table.Pas de sèche-cheveux,porte de la chambre ne se ferme pas.Planche wc déboîtée.Nourriture bas de gamme.Après 16h qd remontées mécaniques sont fermées,faut rester à l’hôtel aucune activité plus moyen de descendre.On doit tirer nos bagages en arrivant et en partant jusqu’aux télésièges et pourtant la gérante incorrecte ns avait bien dit que de la navette à l’hôtel qqn ns accueillerait pr prendre nos bagages en vain !!! De la poudre aux yeux je déconseille fortement cet établissement.Et en plus pdt les fêtes rien de spécial pas décoré pas chaleureux !!!"

"La posizione della struttura è fantastica, lo staff è da 10 e lode per la cordialità e gentilezza. Nonostante fossimo gli ultimi clienti della stagione non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, ottima cena e abbondante colazione. Siamo stati accolti in maniera eccezionale come fossimo a casa. Un ringraziamento a Barbara per la sua disponibilità."
