"I loved everything about the breakfast though I missed a few because I overslept 😂"

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"O hotel é bonito e charmoso, o quarto tinha um bom tamanho e era muito confortável em todos os aspectos. A localização é próxima ao centro e muito bem servida de restaurantes, bares e outras conveniências. Fica bem próximo à Experiência Heineken e área dos museus, além de estar a 1,5 km da Praça DAM. O hotel ofereceu up grade de apartamento por não ter o que havíamos escolhido no dia que chegamos."

A escada para os andares superiores é muito íngrime e com degraus estreitos em virtude da arquitetura típica da região e o elevador é pequeno e apertado (cabe duas pessoas por vez).

"Pessoal da recepção foi cordial. Consegui late check-out sem custo adicional, oferecem 1 garrafinha de água grátis por dia. Quando cheguei tinha uma porção de frutas de boas vindas, o que achei uma boa forma de caticar um cliente que chega após dezenas de horas de viagem."

Almocei no restaurante do hotel e achei muito ruim. Comi uma espetada de peixe e era muito sem saber e vinha com um purê que não era saboroso e isso me custou 18 euros.

"O quarto é espaçoso para uma família, a cama é bastante confortável e o chuveiro é uma delícia. O hotel conta com uma piscina com vista linda. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom. O hotel fornece cadeiras e toalhas de praia, o que facilita bastante os passeios nas praias. Os funcionários foram muito solícitos e inclusive há uma brasileira na equipe que deu boas dicas sobre a ilha."

O quarto não conta com mobília suficiente para secar as roupas molhadas de praia. O frigobar não gelava bem os itens em seu interior. O hotel cobrou caução de 200 euros por diária, acredito que seja uma informação relevante para apresentar previamente ao hóspede. São alguns detalhes que não atrapalharam em nada a estadia, mas poderiam ser melhorados.

"I had a great stay at Tulip Hotel. Room 105 was cozy, clean, spacious, and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable, the room was very clean and nice , and everything felt well maintained. I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

"O hotel é no norte da ilha, bem afastado de tudo, mas para quem quer ficar perto da saída dos ferries para Comino e Gozo, é perfeito: 5 minutos à pé. Tem uma boa estrutura: piscinas (acho que a piscina descoberta poderia ser remodelada. Tem uma mureta que tira a visão para o mar; poderia ser um anteparo de vidro), academia boa (aparelhos novos) e os lounges/ recepção bem amplos."

Cobrança alta pelo early check in. Preferimos esperar (permitiram que fôssemos para piscina).

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

Quarto lindo, amplo e limpo. Café da manhã excelente. Área externa de filme, piscina espetacular, paisagismo impecável! Equipe sempre sorridente, gentil e disposta a fazer tudo para tornar uma experiência memorável. Recomendo de olhos fechados!"
