"The staff was lovely. We were checked in before time, no problem. The room was cleaned daily in the morning by a lovely lady. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The pool was clean, sun loungers on the beach and at the pool. We even got beach towels from the reception as we didn't have our owns"

"The hotel offers everything necessary without any additional costs - the beach beds and towels are included in the room rate, the bicycles are being borrowed for free and the swimming pool is just excellent. The breakfast is more than sufficient (even though, I believe Italians could offer better coffee). The hotel is right on the beach and has the least crowded part of the beach in the precincts. In all and all, it is a great value for the money."
"The hotel and its furnishing is quite outdated and the rooms were smelly, probably due to not being used and airing during the winter season. The staff does not speak English much, so the language of main communication is Italian and German."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. A propriedade é belíssima, tem uma história de reforma desenvolvido pela família proprietária muito interessante. O café da manhã elaborado pela se hora proprietária é muito saboroso. A noite oferecem serviços de restaurante, para quem desejar comer na propriedade. Nos ajudaram com informações a respeito de tours no Etna."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
