"A área externa do hotel, onde fica a piscina, cadeiras e bar é muito boa. A localização é perfeita, muito próxima a pub street mas em um local silencioso. Da pra ir a pé para todos os lugares. Os funcionários também são muito simpáticos e solicitos."

Os quartos são simples e um pouco pequenos. Mas suficiente para uma estadia curta. O hotel também possui um número impressionante de pernilongos. É obrigatório uso de repelente e nós também usamos inseticida no quarto.

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

Nothing much but just the parking would be an issue since everything is almost full due to center of attraction area.

The lift to floor 13 is busy, just remember when catching the airport bus.

Depois, com as dicas do nosso anfitrião, o amável Peter, descobrimos uma praia maravilhosa próxima, um sítio arqueológico, o Tayasal, ainda em fase de escavação e um Mirador, com bela vista para Flores."

Não havia boas opções de restaurantes em San Miguel.

"I was impressed by the attention to detail. The free coffee and tea in the lockers were a pleasant surprise."

Smoking aroma in corridors.

"Great location. Room has a nice view of the city. Easy self check-in process which they explain via videos they send on whatsapp. Communication with the staff via whatsapp was also easy and fast."

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)

"Very good food and friendly/helpful staff. A few issues in the rooms such as A/C and roof leaks, but these were not major."

Distância da estação, mas caminhar pelo local com as casas e montanhas também agradável.

"The host was adorable, very helpful and warm. The bed was comfortable, the area was very cute and peaceful. The dining room was cosy and well decorated. Last but not least, the breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh croissants!"

The shared bathroom could use a renovation (very basic shower with a shower head up on the wall) and the windows in the room were old and should be changed for better isolation. Also, you absolutely need a car as it's a bit far from the bus stop.

"Nice comfortertable beds, large bathrooms, amazing staff that helped us with everything that we wanted, nice breakfast. The manager is very nice also 🤗"

As in a lot of places the wifi sometimes doesn't work but that is not specifically for this place though. I blame Africell 😊

"Iglus muito confortáveis apesar só espaço pequeno. Camas confortáveis e vista espetacular. O café da manhã estava incluso na reserva, bem saboroso. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e solícitos. O hotel dispunha de sauna inclusa e dispunha de atividades pagas ao ar livre. O jantar não era incluso, a comida estava boa, com preço médio de 18 euros. O gloki particularmente estava muito bom."

O carregador de celular no quarto não estava funcionando.

Det var väldigt varmt i rummet och AC saknades.

it was not really easy to find because there were no signs or something like this, but all the business next to her were nice and immediately recognized that we were searching the hotel and they helped us.

It's a bit far from the beach and from the parties at night (but at least you can explore the whole village)

I can’t say I didn’t like anything about the property as it’s my second visit

"Gostamos muito do hotel, especialmente do casal que nos recebeu. Foram extremamente simpáticos e solicitos, nos trataram como da família. Localização é ótima, muito perto de todos os pontos principais. Quartos também muito limpinhos e aconchegantes"

Apesar do box no banheiro, nosso chão ficou inundado quando tomamos banho.
