"The host was adorable, very helpful and warm. The bed was comfortable, the area was very cute and peaceful. The dining room was cosy and well decorated. Last but not least, the breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh croissants!"

The shared bathroom could use a renovation (very basic shower with a shower head up on the wall) and the windows in the room were old and should be changed for better isolation. Also, you absolutely need a car as it's a bit far from the bus stop.

"Equipe super atenciosa e prestativa. Nosso cruzeiro teve um problema e atrasou 10h, eles nos esperaram até a noite para fazer o checkin. Localização excelente. Quarto simples, porém muito limpo. Wifi bom."

Tinha apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Não tinha edredon ou cobertor e não dava para solicitar porque não fica ninguém durante a noite no local.

"toalhas de ótima qualidade, chuveiro bom, cama ótima!!! estávamos de passagem, chegamos às 00h para pegar um Cruzeiro as 16h. fomos muito bem atendidos mesmo chegando bem tarde, conseguimos deixar as malas para um passeio até o horário de ir para o Porto! atendeu nossas necessidades! Mas não indicaria caso vc esteja esperando um ótimo hotel! no nosso caso estávamos em trânsito é só precisávamos de banho e cama!!"

"Quarto amplo, localizado ao lado do metrô, ar condicionado e banho com água quente. É uma boa opção pra quem deseja pagar pouco pra ficar bem localizado em um quarto individual, não é bonito, mas é limpinho."

O ar as vezes ficava fraco, não gelava muito e achei a recepcionista da parte da manha nada simpática.

"Excellent property! Clean, comfortable, affordable and really well located, next to the MTR and bus stop. Communication between the host was quick. Self check in and out. HIGHLY recommended!!!!"

The lift to floor 13 is busy, just remember when catching the airport bus.

"Da localização em San Miguel. A princípio, pensei que havia feito escolha errada porque tinha que usar o barco para ir à Flores. Depois, com as dicas do nosso anfitrião, o amável Peter, descobrimos uma praia maravilhosa próxima, um sítio arqueológico, o Tayasal, ainda em fase de escavação e um Mirador, com bela vista para Flores."

Não havia boas opções de restaurantes em San Miguel.

It's a bit far from the beach and from the parties at night (but at least you can explore the whole village)

"The Pavillion Suite is lovely and has a wonderful view on the Lake Bienvenue. It is a generous size and feels like a small flat!"

The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

"The room is clean and huge in size. Even the location is good for accessing shops and restaurant and not far from the center."

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

Cortina do box do banheiro poderia ser maior, evitaria molhar o chão, mas nada que estragou minha estadia.
