"Location was perfect for us and breakfast was good - not many choices but good."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Falta de cortina ou blindex na banheira/chuveiro - o banheiro ficava todo molhado, quando a gente tomava banho. Falta de alguma possibilidade de limpar os pés antes de entrarmos nos quartos, que ficavam, consequentemente, cheios de areia.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.
