"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."

Distance between bed and the walls was tiny, you have to do some physical exercise to get in. Also, the toilet felt a bit fragile :)

The size of the room was a little cramped.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

Many pigeon droppings outside, even arround the pool. Very loud ventilator in the bathroom. Bad smell outside at night.

"A személyzet, mind a recepción, mind az étteremben nagyon nagyon kedves, segítőkèsz, barátságos volt. A hotel csodálatosan szép helyen van, a kertben játszótér, teniszpálya, röplabdapálya is megtalálható. A szobák nagyon tiszták, elegánsak, jól felszereltek. "The pool was necessary but a little dirty. The ac is effective and the hot water is too. You cant ask to much of hospitality businesses in this part of west africa but this place exceeded them. This place is great for overlanders"

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.

Pegamos um quarto com jacuzzi e a sacada do quarto era virada para a rua, acho que seria bacana se fosse colocado alguma coisa para deixar o vidro fosco e dar um pouco mais de privacidade. Como a varanda era virada para a rua e foi em um fim de semana, as pessoas do se juntavam na rua para jantar e conversar, deixando a jacuzzi muito exposta. Se o vidro não fosse transparente já estava ótimo. De resto amamos o hotel e a acomodação.

"I had an excellent stay at the Royal Court Hotel. The reception staff members were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were also super helpful with my queries around transport. My room was top quality. Spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. "I stayed at Le Bellerive in Payret le Chateau on a recent motorcycle trip.Greeted by Alfred, I got a fabulous room overlooking the lake. I dined in the restaurant and had the recommended Coq au Vin with a soap starter and desert which were all absolutely delicious with lovely ambiance both inside and out. Easy parking for my bike too just under my bedroom window. I would recommend this hotel to all travelling in this location Peter Ireland"

"Very clean, spacious rooms with huge bathroom. Massive shoutout to Raj (host) after my Google Maps download had failed (I didn't check), I then discovered Telstra has no coverage on Cook Islands (so no mobile data) and the hire car had some Asian countries maps, I was lost - after 10pm Raj came to rescue me from a servo and was a great host throughout. I had work meetings early each morning so didn't try the breakfast, but all looked good. The pool is amazing! Location was fine for me (close to everything) but as people can see, this one isn't on the beach."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing
