"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"O hotel é bonito e charmoso, o quarto tinha um bom tamanho e era muito confortável em todos os aspectos. A localização é próxima ao centro e muito bem servida de restaurantes, bares e outras conveniências. Fica bem próximo à Experiência Heineken e área dos museus, além de estar a 1,5 km da Praça DAM. O hotel ofereceu up grade de apartamento por não ter o que havíamos escolhido no dia que chegamos."

A escada para os andares superiores é muito íngrime e com degraus estreitos em virtude da arquitetura típica da região e o elevador é pequeno e apertado (cabe duas pessoas por vez).

"Gostamos da localização e do bom atendimento das pessoas. Apesar do hotel não ter academia eles tem um desconto com uma completa e pertinho (íamos à pé). Outro ponto é que, apesar de não ser pé na areia, tem convênio com o beach club Madero no Mabo Beach que íamos também à pé. Adoramos tudo!"

A rua de acesso é um pouco esburacada e em uma subida íngreme, pode ser ruim com chuva.

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

"A pousada é linda, o mar é de uma beleza surreal. A família que cuida do local também é muito hospitaleira. O lugar muito tranquilo para descansar."

O café da manhã e os pratos disponíveis para consumo, bem como disponibilidade de água potável, poderiam ser mais amplos e diversificados. A equipe escolhida para fazer o deslocamento dos turista até a ilha também deixou a desejar, estava chovendo muito e a travessia se tornou perigosa (é uma empresa terceirizada, não é do hotel, mas acaba vinculando a imagem).

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Tudo maravilhoso. Achei um pouco difícil pegar táxi na cidade em geral .

La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

"Excelente localização, roupa de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. O café da manhã é muito bom, com boa variedade e qualidade. A equipe é simpática e atenciosa. O hotel conta com estacionamento, mas é importante reservar com antecedência. Do outro lado da rua há um público, o que é bastante conveniente. O hotel também possui restaurante próprio, o que facilita muito, especialmente após uma longa viagem, quando não se quer sair novamente para jantar."

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

"Room size, easy checkout and checkin, polite staff, and the different restaurants they have."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.
