Falta de cortina ou blindex na banheira/chuveiro - o banheiro ficava todo molhado, quando a gente tomava banho. Falta de alguma possibilidade de limpar os pés antes de entrarmos nos quartos, que ficavam, consequentemente, cheios de areia.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"Hotel muito confortável e com excelente localização: em frente ao mar e com um pier privativo, o que facilita o uso do táxi aquático (24h) de/para Puerto Ayora, além de ser próximo à praia Los Alemanes (uns 5 minutos de caminhada). O café da manhã tem cardápio diferenciado e é servido no restaurante que fica em frente ao mar, onde se tem uma belíssima vista e pode-se ver tubarões, leões marinho, peixes e aves. A equipe é excelente, muito atenciosa e prestativa - destaque para o Senhor Ênio, sempre gentil e atento às nossas necessidades - sem apresentar a frieza que vemos em muitos hotéis sofisticados."

"Gostamos da localização e do bom atendimento das pessoas. Apesar do hotel não ter academia eles tem um desconto com uma completa e pertinho (íamos à pé). Outro ponto é que, apesar de não ser pé na areia, tem convênio com o beach club Madero no Mabo Beach que íamos também à pé. Adoramos tudo!"

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"O hotel conta com boas instalações, quarto amplo, cama com bom tamanho e conforto, mini cozinha com utensílios (louça, geladeira, torradeira, cafeteira, fogão cooktop elétrico com duas bocas, panelas) e armários. Sacada com mesa, cadeiras e cadeira de praia estofada, com vista parcial do mar. Banheiro completo com ducha. Luminárias, mesa de trabalho e ventilador de teto (conta com ar condicionado também). Roupão à disposição para uso e ferro de passar roupas. Comodidades do hotel: piscina, bar molhado, SPA e dois restaurantes. A praia do hotel é fantástica, tranquila e com cadeiras e choupana disponíveis para os hóspedes. Concierge atenciosa, providenciou aluguel de carro com retirada e entrega no próprio hotel. Boa localização próxima ao aeroporto e rua com bons restaurantes e lojas de compras locais. Supermercados próximos com boas opções de compras. Conta com serviço de câmbio no próprio hotel."

De um modo geral foi tudo ótimo. Infelizmente no período que ficamos o hotel estava em obras, reduzindo o número de restaurantes. Em nossa opinião o melhor restaurante (Calabash) ficou fechado. O mesmo conta com ótimo café da manhã e almoço-jantar. O Deia restaurante é bom, mas o Calabash é melhor. O bar molhado poderia abrir antes das 11 da manhã, deveria ter serviço de atendimento na praia (praia principal do hotel não tinha serviço de atendimento).
