"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

"Atendimento excelente pelo proprietário, dicas da cidade, muito atencioso. O quarto é muito aconchegante bem decorado. A localiza é boa, tem restaurantes próximos, mercados, e fica a 15 minutos caminhando da cidade velha."

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

Para o preço eu esperava mais do quarto, que era bem pequeno, com um banheiro bem simples e apertado. A TV não funcionou, mas como só ficamos uma noite, nem reclamamos ou pedimos pra resolver.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Excelente localização, roupa de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. O café da manhã é muito bom, com boa variedade e qualidade. A equipe é simpática e atenciosa. O hotel conta com estacionamento, mas é importante reservar com antecedência. Do outro lado da rua há um público, o que é bastante conveniente. O hotel também possui restaurante próprio, o que facilita muito, especialmente após uma longa viagem, quando não se quer sair novamente para jantar."

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Apenas detalhes que nao interferiram tanto na experiência: A luz do corredor passava pela porta iluminando o quarto, e o piso de madeira fazia ruido.
