Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

La cama es un poco incomoda y la habitación bastante calurosa para el verano pero hay un ventilador.

The only bad experience was that there was no WiFi connection. I was unable to communicate with friends and family back home which made them worried and scared.

I think the aesthetics could be improved. A bit of love into gardening and the outdoor settings for the guests.

"O quarto era muito espaçoso, com cama grande e confortável, tudo muito limpo, o banheiro compartilhado também estava limpo e o chuveiro era ótimo. Os funcionários do café são todos muito gentis. E o brunch cobrado à parte é maravilhoso."

Isso não é algo relacionado ao local, mas as pessoas. Mesmo com aviso que não pode fazer barulho após as 22:00, tem gente que não tem noção e as 4 da manhã ficou batendo porta, fazendo comida esse horário e largou a louça toda suja na pia, mas foi um fato isolado.

"Gostei da localização, perto da rodoviária , de mercados ,lojas , o quero era confortável,gostei do chuveiro ,a cama era boa com tomada , luz e bancadinha ao lado . Gostei do cantinho com microondas,chaleira ,disponível 24 horas para uso . Gostei do suporte para colocar as malas no quarto ."

Assim que cheguei no quarto , o banheiro estava com um cheiro forte de esgoto , deixei a porta do banheiro fechada , mas assim que dava descarga o cheiro parecia que subia mais , no segundo dia a pia começou a vazar água em baixo , notifiquei a propriedade e consertaram mas o cheiro de esgoto continuava . Precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado , os lençóis bem amassados não pareciam que tinha lavado ,estava rasgado ao lado , a escada para a saída , estava faltando fita antiderrapante, eu acabei escorregando . Não tem ar condicionado no quarto , só um Ventilador , passei um pouco de calor assim que cheguei ao quarto , de madrugada esfria um pouco e fica fresco , a janela não abre quase nada .

"A localização é excelente, próximo a um estacionamento pago e perto das atrações turísticas. Os quartos são bem decorados, confortáveis e o banho era quente."

Difícil falar o que não gostei. Um dos quartos que tinha uma janela que não ventilação tão bem e o banho saia pouca água.. Mas apenas isso.

"A localização é ótima, o meu atendimento tanto no chat da Booking quanto presencialmente no Hostel foi excelente. Depois que fiz o check-out me permitiram ficar no espaço em comum e fiquei jogando arcade."

Não prestamos atenção na hora da reserva - não tem depósito de bagagem. Embora a anfitriã tenha sido simpática o tempo todo, qdo pedimos pra deixar a mala ela arrumou um espaço meio a contragosto

Check-in time is limited, just have to be mindful.

"The owners were right next door and very accomodating. They were very nice people.The apartment was clean and everything was provided. The air conditioner worked well and there was a little outdoor porch with a breeze. There was also a washing machine in the apartment."

Thibaud is rather isolated and buses are few and far between.
