We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

"Location was perfect and the house was super clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The owners were awesome and even brought us fresh picked fruit. The view from the front room with its oversized sliding door is spectacular. This picture was taken right out the front door."

Devida a localização o preço poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Dos banheiros,por ficarem pro lado de fora da casa.Sempre limpos , porém de madrugada para usá- lo,ter de sair ao vento,e no frio ,era terrível.

"Da localização no centro histórico e perto de vários pontos de interesse na cidade. Apesar de ter obras na rua da frente isso não chegou a ser um incomodo."

Fiquei no segundo andar onde era possível ouvir bastante ruído do andar de cima (passos e móveis arrastando). No quarto poderia ter cafeteira ou pelo menos uma chaleira elétrica, tão comum em outras hospedagens. A TV não era Smart, não sendo possível conectar ao YouTube ou Netflix por exemplo.

"Really welcoming place, the owners were very nice and helpful. The area is wonderful, a beautiful garden , well looked after , the location is ideal for some peace and quiet"

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

Our booking description on the rooms & no of beds aren't the same, i have to contact the owner to get me another xtra beds. Also, 1 of the unit we gotten a rocking bed frame.

Facilities are a bit rustic, which adds its own charm.

The views were absolutely beautiful and we could truly enjoy and admire them during our stay. It made the whole experience even more special. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. "Um bom hotel, com cama confortável, carpete nos quartos e banheiro com água bem quente. Fica próximo a praça, embora isso não faça muita diferença pois os únicos passeios da cidade que são dependentes dos Lago as empresas pegam no hotel. A cidade tem inúmeras (chega a ser sobrecarregada) de opções de lanche e restaurantes. O café da manhã, como em todo Peru, bem limitado mas suficiente."

Nos foi informado que o aparelho de calefação era ligado as 18h. Um dia foi ligado no outro dia não ligou mais. Além disso, não consigo entender essa questão dos 5% do cartão, mesmo tentando pagar em dolares

"The property was super quiet, the bed is like a literal cloud, a fridge perfect to fill your drinks, complimentary tea and coffee. Not too forget the amazing pool."

"Perfect apartment just in front of the sea and at 50 meters to your swim. Quiet, clean, big, and very good host. Yes, a little bit away from the village, 1 kilometer?, but it is just a matter of a short walk. Defenetely we do recomend it. We wish we could have staid longer Many thanks 😊"

The short time we staid there, barely a day and a half

"We very spontaneously managed to arrange accommodation in an emergency situation. The landlady was immediately reachable by phone and even came to meet us by car so that we could find the accommodation quickly. She arranged a taxi for us into the city and helped us with the payment, as we no longer had any cash. The landlady was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We also liked the accommodation a lot, especially the view from the balcony."

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "Amazing location right on the beach, quiet surroundings yet not too far away from shops, restaurants and the city center. The house was spacious and clean with A.C., a fan and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge. Mr. Dagobert was very kind and welcoming, he also picked us up from the station. Thank you, it was a really nice stay!"

Keep in mind the accomodation is very basic and I think some renovations could be done, for instance our room didn’t have mosquito nets.

You have to get used to the plane's noise. Nothing the property can do about.

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

"The staff were so helpful and friendly, Gigi speaks fluent English which is pretty rare in Mongolia so that made it easy. They also were super helpful when my partner left his phone in a taxi from the airport- they got it back! The rooms were big, warm and clean, the shower was hot and the view was nice."

We arrived at midnight and the entrance is a dark scary looking carpark, the door is steel and we couldn’t work out how to get in. The hostel is on the 4th floor so good idea to get a SIM card (free from airport) and call when you arrive if you get stuck. A helpful man in the carpark helped us get in which was so lucky. We would stay again, next time we’ll know how to get in!
