"Our room faced the water. Great view. The room is spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a room before we rented the full house with a group of friends. Despite it being 5 rooms, sharing one bathroom, it never felt crowded. Good value for an otherwise expensive travel destination. The bus stop is right by the house and there was always available public parking."

"Location is great, right in the center. Free parking nearby overnight. Breakfast is basic, buffet style. OK room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. (No shampoo/soap, just hand washing soap so bring your own)"
Staff isn't all that what you'd expect to get in a hotel, a bit more welcoming/friendly attitude would be good. Not that they are rude, just a bit 'I just work here' attitude is felt. It's odd that you are expected to collect your breakfast dishes in the kitchen after eating and the restaurant area is small and not that busy. Room heating wasn't working properly, it was too hot and you couldn't turn it down.
