"Nice decor. Great location. Quiet. Fantastic communication with owner. Warm. Had salt coffee and tea and sugar provided."

Smell of damp. Needs a cheese grater. A couple of proper mugs (not just glass mugs could be nice) and needs more hooks in apartment for coats and clothes. An extra arm chair would be nice.

"It was very central, and the unit was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the stairs to the bathroom downstairs were quite dangerous, and would not be suitable for kids or elderly. The neighbours were noisy due to the age of the property and we had just arrived and told to be quiet when we were just settling in. But despite the couple of negatives, we had a lovely stay. We were out all day and in bed at a decent time at night."

The stairs, and noise from neighbours upstairs and downstairs knocking at our door telling us to not make so much noise walking about, despite we had no shoes on

Good overall. The basin tap likely to need changing as is the valve in shower to stop dripping and wasting water .

"It’s a lovely flat. Good sized, spacious and plenty of natural light. The decor was nice and quality bed and mattress. The provision of crockery was great. Over all very happy with the choice."

There were cigarette butts left in the balcony from previous occupants.

"I cant imagine better location in downtown Reykjavik. This apartment is literally smack in the middle, walking distance to everything. Well setup apartment, has everything you need from washing to cooking. Would definitely stay there. The windows in the living room with the view towards the see and the mountain are very nice."
