"A estadia no Bocuti foi perfeita! A praia é de tirar o fôlego, e há espaço nos guarda-sóis para todos os hóspedes com tranquilidade (e com reserva gratuita). O quarto é amplo, limpo e repleto de recursos tecnológicos. O nível de serviço é impecável, todos te tratam muito bem e com simpatia, sem contar as comidas e bebidas no serviço de praia e no bar que são maravilhosas. Caso queira visitar as lojas de Palm Beach, há táxis disponíveis a todo momento na frente do hotel. Também amei a massagem que fiz no Spa do hotel. Recomendo muito e certamente voltaria!!"

"Great location, nice beach, very good food, versatile facilities, very good for families."

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"This is my fourth visit . It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I found the food at the all inclusive restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The gardens looked beautiful . I found a sun bed at the beach each day with no problem. The WiFi worked well around the resort."

Não ter acesso a praia, mas em breve terá porque estão fazendo obras.

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

We didn't like leaving.

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"O quarto é confortável, apesar da cama de casal ser a convencional (sem ser Queen ou King). O Hotel possui uma boa estrutura, apesar da piscina estar em reforma."

O atendimento da recepção deixou muito a desejar. Reservei um transfer do aeroporto até o Hotel, me deixaram 1 hora esperando e faltou muita atenção da recepção, pois eu tive que me virar no aeroporto, numa situação de desconforto de várias pessoas querendo me enrolar, haviam esquecido ou errado a data do transfer, e eu esperava bem mais do Hotel e da recepção na maneira de tratar o assunto.

"Ficamos no mini apartamento com cozinha e 2 quartos, no que parecer ser a parte mais nova do local, de frente à piscina exclusiva aos hóspedes. Bem limpo, com serviço de quarto diário. A estrutura do local é ampla, com 2 piscinas. A localização é boa, podendo estar nas duas costas (Mediterrâneo e Jônico) em 30min. Na área frontal acontecem alguns eventos (jantar, churrasco) organizados pelos anfitriões. Participamos do aniversário de 1 dos proprietários, com open bar e custo zero. Vale salientar que os eventos não incomodaram a tranquilidade da estadia, já que o quarto era ao fundo da propriedade"

Os travesseiros poderiam ser mais altos. A janela do quarto frontal é bem difícil de se fechar. Seria interessante uma comunicação mais eficiente no que diz respeito aos eventos que irão acontecer (principalmente pras pessoas que não falam italiano). Sugiro um quadro de informações na área do café e recepção, informando os próximos eventos e eventuais custos.

sem elevador nas vilas, então quem tiver ponto de acessibilidade é importante informar demora pra repor toalhas e tapetes no banheiro não tem coleta de lixo reciclável no quarto, gasta-se muita garrafa plástica não há opção de economia em troca de toalha: troca-se todos os dias, pensa-se pouco em sustentabilidade

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"Gostei de tudo, muito bom! Principalmente que não falo muito bem inglês eles tem atendentes argentinos que fala um portunhol.. que facilito muito!!! Café da manhã excelente! Almoço muito bom! Simplesmente o melhor hotel que já fiquei em Doha! Com certeza se eu voltar em Doha esse será minha primeiro opção."

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit
