"No geral, gostamos da acomodação. Quarto silencioso e confortável. O hotel é muito bonito e bem conservado. Fomos auxiliados por alguns funcionários que vale mencionar: Brandon: É um sujeito simpático, animado e com uma energia ótima. Domingo: Tratou a minha família com muita atenção e cuidado. É um sujeito inteligente, fala português e fez diferença no evento. Taymour: Nos atendeu quando do check out, muito atencioso e gentil. Alex: Eficiente e prestativo! Nos ajudou a recuperar um item importante que esquecemos no quarto. Já estávamos em Londres e ele viabilizou a entrega do item rapidamente. Fica nosso agradecimento e elogios."

"Extremely helpful and friendly staff, enthusiastic greeting on arrival and asking to help with bags. Location excellent for the city centre, just a short walk from The Oracle and Riverside. Very reasonable prices for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed with nice white sheets. Yorkshire Teabags in room a welcoming touch. Can't comment on breakfast as haven't partaken, but have stayed here several times and it's always done the job nicely. Staff are open about the fact they have music in the bar until late at the weekend so you know that's how it will be. It has never bothered me but might be worth taking earplugs if you are staying at the weekend and a light sleeper."

"O hotel fica na melhor localização da cidade. Perto de tudo! Ao lado de todos os restaurantes e lojas do centro e a menos de 5 minutos andando da estação de metrô/trem. Atendimento maravilhoso na recepção, quarto executivo muito grande, bem maior do que apresenta nas fotos. Quarto silencioso e limpo. Ficaríamos novamente com certeza."
