"The place is not clean and it has only one lift that is small and faulty i didn't feel safe using it jerks each time it moves and when it opens there is a gap between the lift and floor making it easy to trip and fall if you're not careful. Parking is limited and you pay extra $30 per night which is ridiculous expensive."

It was a turn off watching this and it questioned the hygiene of the entire hotel. Hotel room overall clean but dated. Carpet has lost its thread in places. All place needs an uplift and a freshening up. It feels dated and dark."

"We were able to get a smoking room. I didnt realize that these were still available. But on that note the room was clean but not updated as in all other pictures I would say probably because of it being a smoking room."

A localização também é boa, com um bom mercado a uns 400m, comércio variados a uns 250m, na Rua Parliament. Anfitrião bastante atencioso e gentil. Facilidade na orientação para o check-in, com acesso fácil e tranquilo. Uber do aeroporto e para o aeroporto, entre CAD 40 e 60, dependendo do dia e hora. Pagamos esses dois valores. Para as atrações do centro, anda-se de 2 a 4km. Trajetos, na maioria, planos ou com ligeiro aclive/declive."
