"As instalações são boas, cozinha bem completa, com geladeira grande, micro-ondas, fogão/ forno, utensílios diversos. A localização também é boa, com um bom mercado a uns 400m, comércio variados a uns 250m, na Rua Parliament. Anfitrião bastante atencioso e gentil. Facilidade na orientação para o check-in, com acesso fácil e tranquilo. Uber do aeroporto e para o aeroporto, entre CAD 40 e 60, dependendo do dia e hora. Pagamos esses dois valores. Para as atrações do centro, anda-se de 2 a 4km. Trajetos, na maioria, planos ou com ligeiro aclive/declive."

"O maior incômodo vem da insuficiência de isolamento acústico para a residência de cima. Por diversas vezes, os ruídos, passos, arrasto de móveis, cadeiras, incomoda. A pia do banheiro também precisa ser repensada. Não se consegue escovar os dentes acima da mesma, ocasionando respingos no piso."

"The apartment is spacious and quiet. We can walk to the Street Car Stop in less than 5 minutes. It is well maintained and there are lots of towels for us to use. I really like the art prints. Good taste."

"The washbasin is very small. Difficult to use without wetting the floor. The water pressure in the shower cubicle is a little low."

"We had a wonderful stay in Toronto, the property is in a very good location with lots of great restaurants and cafes! Andrew is very helpful and accommodating and responds quickly to any questions! Would love to come back again!"

"Everything - stunningly decorated with great attention to detail. Super helpful host and in a great location. Less than an hour from airport door to door and a lovely leafy neighbourhood. The space is compact as shown on pictures but totally fine for our stay in the city."

"The location was good - close to the street car, cafes and restaurants and grocery stores. It was located on a quiet street and the host was very available to assist."

"We did cook at the studio and there were no lids for the pots -we were able to make do. Otherwise it was well stocked for cooking. Go to Jet fuel on Parliament’s for coffee and The Epicure shop for yummy food."

"Comfortable, good size, (it was as we expected) location v.good - 40 min walk to downtown, but also good local transport available , v. quiet, safe area. TV with Netflix amongst others."

"Good location, very nice quiet street, a lot of food places nearby and metro/tram to downtown. Place is nicely decorated and clean, has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful"

"The bed is a bit small and the place is not very well sound-proof, you can hear every step and voices from upstairs, can get pretty loud"

"Property was designed well in a great contemporary style. Use made of pretty much every square inch of a relatively small apartment. Apartment situated within easy reach of trams to nearest subway stop - College - and then on to Union Station and down town Toronto. Good pizza shop on Carlton."

"The lack of windows (unavoidable) made the apartment a little gloomy. Good to have counter stools in the kitchen but they were rather uncomfortable."
