Cama e Café (B&Bs) no Paquistão

"Warm and cozy for the winter. New building, electric keylocs. Cozy bed with clean sheets and towels. My room also featured a hairdryer, although it isn’t mentiones in the amenities."

There were a lot of roaches in the bathroom, quite impressive to still find these in December. I was provided with the access codes 2 hours after the check-in time, although i tries reaching out to them several times (booking, call and text message). They finally replied with the codes only about 20 mins before I got to the place.

Foram dias maravilhosos em SXM!"

Gostei de tudo! Porém poderia ter sabonete liquido para as mãos no banheiro e por disponibilizar microondas e geladeira, disponibilizar alguns pratos, talheres e copos mesmo que descartáveis

"A pousada e o quarto em si são ótimos, super confortáveis, camas ótimas, tamanho excelente com bastante espaço, banheiro muito bom também. O atendimento da equipe é excepcional, tanto da recepção quanto durante o café da manhã. Passei por uma situação que me deixou sem celular por um tempo e a equipe me permitiu acessar o computador da pousada para visualizar e-mails e tentar resolver, fiquei muito grata por isso. Foi uma das melhoras pousadas que já ficamos."

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

"Sushma and her husband were really lovely and helpful - milk for the morning coffee, delicious Orange juice and the phone number of a reliable taxi driver 😊 We got great advice to get around in the area without using a car, all in walking distance of 15-30 mins. The bed is very comfortable. A huge bathroom with hot water."

It’s a residential area and in the evening it’s tricky to get a taxi at the main road to go to Grace Bay where you‘ll find most restaurants. To return is easy as there are always taxis at the Ritz Carlton. We didn’t want to rent a car as we only stayed 2 days which was okay in the day but a little tricky in the night.

"This guy gets it. This is what B&B felt like at its infancy, before it became a property business ROI machine. Here you have actual conversations and human atmosphere. Host is very friendly, joins for breakfast chat, and is a really wise and cool person, who is happy to talk tourist things, history, and life. Overall the place has 3 small rooms, with a huge shared central room, so it must be fun for friend groups. Amenities, location, and basics are fine. Furniture is amazing and well kept antics. Breakfast is basic but local and fresh. I traveled for business, but will come back with family. :)"

"Accommodations are simple but very comfortable. Nice swimming pool right out the hotel room door. Short walk to the water. We really enjoyed diving. My 18yr old son got PADI certified. They did an awesome job with him. Nassar was his instructor. He was awesome! Area was very safe."

No complaints. Please understand that tourism is severely impacted by the Gazan war. Many hotels and restaurants are closed and those that are open often are operating in a limited capacity. For example hotel restaurants might not operate at all. This affects all hotels. There were almost no tourists as of November 2025.

Not very big, near old center of the city, quite cheap, very clean and with gorgeous owners. The breakfast is separate song in this story)) It was huge, very tasty and very Georgian. "Basically evertyhing. I was traveling alone in off-season. I've been there alone so I got the whole house for myself. The breakfast served in full with many options like the place was full, that was amazing."

Staying only one night

"The view is really great, the room is clean. Breakfast was very simple, but enough to fill our stomach."

Bathroom has mouldy smell, so needs to open window for ventilation. The building doesn’t have elevator, so if you have big luggage, it will be an issue to move your luggage.

"Easy to reach from Ljubljana, yet outside in nature fir those preferring to detach from the city at least for a bit. Comfortably arranged room, with AC. And what was most important for us - also four legged family members accepted with a smile! We absolutely LOVED the individual garden entrance we had to our room, perfect for travelers like us - with kids & dogs. In other reviews people were complaining about the train. While train tracks indeed are behind the building, in the two days spent we did not hear any train… perhaps we slept so well or simply the line is not busy at all. I think we will come back 🙂"

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"Used as a base as we were visiting family , so a good location for that. Fairly quiet location & only 15 minutes stroll to Front St . Owner wasn’t seen but was easily contactable by mobile. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy."

Property in need of a refresh which I believe they are in the process of doing .

The property was great and Saritas daily fresh bread made breakfast delicious . Sadly Sharron only arrived at the end of our stay she was a mine of local knowledge and would have been great to tap into

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

"O hotel é bom, mas houve um problema de falta de luz na cidade e ficamos quase 2 dias sem energia e água corrente. A dona foi bastante solícita e providenciou baldes, vasilhas e água potável para escovar os dentes. Alguns poucos lugares na cidade tinham gerador. A cama é boa, o chuveiro também, estava limpo e o quarto é grande com uma vista interessante. O café da manhã foi bom também, um dia foi o tradicional de lá e outro dia mais parecido com o americano."

Não é longe da praça principal, mas é uma ladeira, então para alguns pode não ser ideal. Mas há sempre a opção de pegar um tuk tuk.
