"O hotel é bom, mas houve um problema de falta de luz na cidade e ficamos quase 2 dias sem energia e água corrente. A dona foi bastante solícita e providenciou baldes, vasilhas e água potável para escovar os dentes. Alguns poucos lugares na cidade tinham gerador. A cama é boa, o chuveiro também, estava limpo e o quarto é grande com uma vista interessante. O café da manhã foi bom também, um dia foi o tradicional de lá e outro dia mais parecido com o americano."

Não é longe da praça principal, mas é uma ladeira, então para alguns pode não ser ideal. Mas há sempre a opção de pegar um tuk tuk.

O atendimento da equipe é excepcional, tanto da recepção quanto durante o café da manhã. Passei por uma situação que me deixou sem celular por um tempo e a equipe me permitiu acessar o computador da pousada para visualizar e-mails e tentar resolver, fiquei muito grata por isso. Foi uma das melhoras pousadas que já ficamos."

"Sushma and her husband were really lovely and helpful - milk for the morning coffee, delicious Orange juice and the phone number of a reliable taxi driver 😊 We got great advice to get around in the area without using a car, all in walking distance of 15-30 mins. The bed is very comfortable. A huge bathroom with hot water."

It’s a residential area and in the evening it’s tricky to get a taxi at the main road to go to Grace Bay where you‘ll find most restaurants. To return is easy as there are always taxis at the Ritz Carlton. We didn’t want to rent a car as we only stayed 2 days which was okay in the day but a little tricky in the night.

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

"The place is nicely decorated, very tidy and in a quiet safe area but little far from the sea. For people which like waliking like me is ok. Also can rent bike for free. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and you could also order some food for lunch at a good price. Manja is an excellent cook and prepares local specialties. Internet was mostly ok. The pool was clean and a very relaxing place to spend time."

Sometimes a problem with taxis. Some of them don't know this place. You have to negotiate the price which can be very diffrent. (from 100 to 500 dalasies).

"Perfect location to explore the old town of San Marino. Walking around to the cable car. There was another family staying there so it was a bit awkward with them using the same front door and walking past our room. It meant our bathroom and living area were not as private as they could have been. But as we were mostly out exploring it didn't bother us much. Very friendly hosts who explained everything. We didn't find the aircon despite it listing it had it...."

Une erreur des clé du portail principal alors fallait à chaque entrée devoir frapper pendant de longues minutes le gardien de nuit sachant cela m'a laissé sortir je lui ai dit je revenais tard a mon arrivée je suis resté 45 minutes dehors à frappé grâce au groupe d'échange avec le client j'ai écris la gérante très déranger du soucis ma rassuré qu'elle fait tout son possible pour joindre le gardien celui ci arrivée 30 minutes plutard même pas s'excuser Et aussi avoir plus de chaîne à la télé j'ai été obligé de regarder France 24 durant tout mon séjour

"Tine and Frank were great hosts. Even though our travel plans were disrupted by airline problems they were able to accommodate us without extra cost. Breakfast on the balcony was unforgettable. A real tropical experience even though the airport was within easy reach. Frank's menagerie was a real highlight."

"Used as a base as we were visiting family , so a good location for that. Fairly quiet location & only 15 minutes stroll to Front St . Owner wasn’t seen but was easily contactable by mobile. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy."

O ar-condicionado do meu quarto não gelou de forma tão efetiva. Fora isso tudo ótimo!

"Basically evertyhing. I was traveling alone in off-season. I've been there alone so I got the whole house for myself. The breakfast served in full with many options like the place was full, that was amazing."

Staying only one night

"A localização é muito boa. Na parte central de Charlotte Amalie. Muito fácil pegar taxi ou dólar safari. Café da manhã é apenas café, baguete, cream cheese e muffin. A piscina é boa. O por do sol do quarto é muito bonito."

As instalações são bem simples mas vale o custo beneficio, considerando que USVI é um lugar muito caro.

"For self catering facilities it is peefect, quiet and have laundry and ao forth included which is reàlly nice... the agent is very reasonable and always there to answer any questions or any concerns... I highly recommend 👌"

If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.
