"The apartment was really nice and spacious with lots of windows. There is everything you need in the apartment and the layout is really nice for couples on vacation. There was no coffee maker but we got by with a dry coffee and hot water which was already available. Wish I could say that the location was perfect because in a way it is, short distance from downtown harbor and popular places, but the surrounding establishment was at fault (see below)."

I wish I could say that the stay was faultless but it wasn't. Not the apartment but the surroundings. The opposite building hosts some kind of youth center for boys and every night there were load noises. The first couple of nights we managed to get some sleep but then we had to call the police because boys were fighting and screaming constantly. One night they were throwing snowballs in the windows that were open. We were so surprised that this was happening because of all the reviews on the site it sounded perfect and no noise complaints.

I liked everything about the accommodation and hospitality of the host.

The cleanliness of the kitchen area was disappointing. There were dirty dishes with coffee stains left in the cupboard, which suggests the kitchen had not been properly checked after the previous guests. Basic items such as a kitchen towel were also missing. Most of the lights in the living room were not working. Only one light in the kitchen functioned, and the lamps did not work either. There was also no lighting available in the bedroom, which made the space difficult to use at night. In addition, Wi-Fi was neither offered nor available at the accommodation. While we did not specifically ask about it in advance, it is generally an expected amenity and would have been helpful during our stay.

Cidade encantadora com excelentes restaurantes, passeios para todas idades, principalmente jovens e crianças. O apartamento oferecia muito conforto, camas muito confortáveis com edredons de qualidade, aquecimento e internet rápida, e isso os meus netos amaram! Silencioso, protegido do vento na área da churrasqueira, e uma varanda com cadeiras muito aconchegantes. Foram dias inesquecíveis para nossa família!"

"Everything was great , nothing to complain about ! Ideally located in Shekou nearby restaurants and metro stations . At the feet of nanshan mountain, really quiet !!!! Roomy apartment fully equipped , washing machine and dryer are more than welcome 😀."

O endereço está sem número, tive dificuldade de encontrar a casa. É uma residência mais antiga e fica em frente a uma discoteca, apesar de não fazer barulho alto. Ao menos, não me incomodou.

"The apartment is located in a secured complex. Very safe and with beautiful views overlooking the CBD and the island."

The underground parking is very tight for movement and its a matter that can't be resolved. Parking bays are also not clearly marked.

"The host is warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. We encountered issues during the time travelling, and the host came right away to sort everything out perfectly. Super helpful. The room is perfect for friends to relax and unwind after days of intense underwater activities. They offer car rental, which is a better offer than other companies. We had a wonderful stay here and will choose here again in the future."

"The location was very convenient. I really love the ocean view and especially hearing the ocean splashes everyday during my stay, it was really breathtaking, relaxation and good service. Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!"

I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

Nothing to do with the accomodation but eating out is ridiculously expensive.

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

"O local é perfeito para deixar o carro e explorar a região do castelo de Vianden, fazendo o todo o trajeto a pé, que pode ser usando a estrada até o local, ou pela beira do rio, onde a paisagem é bela e a natureza encanta pelo visual. Recomendo demais ir pela via pavimentada, para caminhada, que fizeram na beira do rio."

Esta não é uma queixa apenas deste local, mas pela primeira vez observamos que em Luxemburgo e na Alemanha já há mosquitos. As janelas na Europa não tem preparação contra este tipo de inseto. De resto, não há queixa do local. É bom, bem localizado e fácil de chegar.
