"The house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need provided. The location is great close to Nanae Snowpark and Onuma National Park. It’s peaceful, surrounded by snow, and truly magical. The host, Kaiki, is very friendly and kind. I hope to come back again someday."

Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

Como reservei dois quartos no meu nome, tive problemas com o segundo quarto. Inclusive deram um quarto inferior, sendo que pagamos o mesmo valor.

"The location was very convenient. I really love the ocean view and especially hearing the ocean splashes everyday during my stay, it was really breathtaking, relaxation and good service. Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!"

I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!

The apartment was very well equipped but really quite small for 4 people

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"O local é perfeito para deixar o carro e explorar a região do castelo de Vianden, fazendo o todo o trajeto a pé, que pode ser usando a estrada até o local, ou pela beira do rio, onde a paisagem é bela e a natureza encanta pelo visual. Recomendo demais ir pela via pavimentada, para caminhada, que fizeram na beira do rio."

Esta não é uma queixa apenas deste local, mas pela primeira vez observamos que em Luxemburgo e na Alemanha já há mosquitos. As janelas na Europa não tem preparação contra este tipo de inseto. De resto, não há queixa do local. É bom, bem localizado e fácil de chegar.

"Great comfortable three bedroom apartment in Bethlehem. One bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Very helpful and friendly hosts, always ready to help when needed. Within walking distance of the town centre and Manger square."

The actual location of the apartment was not exactly as indicated on the booking.com map, which was not so good for us.

The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

Nothing to do with the accomodation but eating out is ridiculously expensive.
