First Hotel

"Os funcionários do hotel são atenciosos, mas pela dificuldade da língua, a comunicação em certas horas é bem difícil, talvez devessem investir num curso de inglês para um ou outro funcionário. O café da manha é bem variado: frutas, pães, sucos e as comidas asiáticas a que não estamos acostumados, mas vale experimentar. O hotel poderia investir em mais uma torradeira (algo simples de ser resolvido) porque em alguns momentos forma-se uma fila em torno da existente. É meio afastado dos pontos históricos da cidade, mas existe ponto de táxi perto. Uma piscina excelente!"

"The rooms we ended up in were spacious and very comfortable. Although we had a bit of a mix-up with our booking (we thought when we booked that the room was for 4 people but when we arrived it was only set up for 2) we were able to quickly and easily book a second room close by to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had booked a room in the New wing but were upgraded to a bigger room in the Old wing, although this did mean being a bit further away (and across the road) from the pool, however there are staff on the street to assist you with crossing safely. We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport (as well as for the pool), and the hotel provided us with complimentary pick up and drop off which was much appreciated."

"Great service, airport pickup, hotel was great, check in and check out was fast enough, we didn't get chance to eat there, nice and quiet. Plenty of amenities etc. Air-con working, which is very important"

"Only the fact we didn't stay longer. I think that the swimming pool closes too early, only that I'd say, but I see its common in Plenty hotels there for some reason.."
