"整體環境都很喜歡，店家也很用心，老闆人很好，溝通什麼很快的回應，房間浴室簡潔又大也有設計感，加上有電梯很方便，下次到臺東還會想要入住的一家民宿👍"

"因為在鹿野高台待很久，快九點才入住，管家把鑰匙預留讓我們進屋，第二天退房時才收房費，覺得管家很貼心，熱水要等一下才會熱，冬天可能會冷到，小朋友發現冰箱有酸臭味，探頭進去研究，發現是冰箱上層發霉，第二天反應給管家，他一直跟我們道歉，說冰箱管家太太都會用酒精消毒，發生這樣的事很抱歉，我們覺得發霉的地方是大人很難發現的地方，所以只是提醒管家而已，應該是不知道那一組客人有東西噴到的，真的很難發現的地方，要不是小朋友找出來，我可能也找不到，房間很大很舒服，乾淨整潔，價格也令人滿意，有電梯不用搬上樓，這點大推。停車也很方便。"
