"Olá a todos, passando aqui para agradecer a dona do hotel central e a equipe dela ,gente me sentir em casa A dona do Hotel é muito simpática na verdade é família a equipe dela também fiz amizade com todas o hotel muito limpo tudo funcionando Ar condicionado água quente tudo muito top muito central perto de tudo eu amei muito e assim que tiver de ferias de novo volto a São Tomé e Principe e é claro a o hotel também pra revê todos um grande espaço a todos"

"The room was comfortable and clean. They had one staff member who spoke great English and helped me with car hire. The breakfast was ok. There’s an adjoining cafe which is nice but everyone seems to smoke. Great location in the centre of town."

"Their communication re airport pick up was poor and I had to keep asking them. Despite being on the top floor, there was a lot of noise from the street and I needed earplugs to sleep."

"City center and parking everywhere. Walkable to every corner of the city. Pretty clean compared with all the other locations available in the country. Breakfast is good."

"Breakfast was a bit slow. The light bulbs in the rooms are really weak and dont give much light during the night (at least in the 3 rooms we had)."

"This area is very safe, surrounded by embassies, and the host is truly exceptional. He speaks excellent English and even arranged a customized South Tour and Island–North Tour for me. He is intelligent, flexible, and adapts the itinerary perfectly to your timing. His mother also cooked dinner for me — a delicious and authentic local meal that I appreciated so much. If you plan to stay here, don’t forget to ask him to arrange your tours; he genuinely offers the best options. The room is clean, tidy, air-conditioned, and has hot water. It’s an excellent choice overall."

"We had an awesome stay at the accomodation. The host was exceptional, he showed us around the whole location and we were invited to try the best coffee for free. Also he knows English very well. "A Casa de Férias é bem agradável, bem localizada, no centro da cidade de São Tomé, o que facilita bastante no acesso aos serviços básicos para uma estadia tranquila. As anfitriãs são bastante simpáticas e prestativas, gente boa. Há banheiros, cozinha e sala de jantar compartilhadas. Há um caixa eletrônico bem próximo ao local. O ponto de referência para poder chegar na hospedagem é em frente ao (Bairro dos portugueses). No geral, uma das melhores opções custo-benefício para se hospedar em São Tomé e Príncipe."

"The hotel is located just next to the airport, which is perfect option for evening flight from Lisboa (avoiding hustle taxi dark ride 15 min. to the center of the city). Location is very safe, there is a simple but tasty restaurant inside the hotel and the other one just next to the hotel (Tia Nanda), so no worries being hungry (fish, octopus, chicken, and always fried banana + rice). Staff can help you change euros to dobras with absolute fair rate - just write a message ahead and agree on amount needed. Breakfast is very pleasant - quite and relaxing (omelette, fruits, juice, yogurt, bread, butter). Lunch and dinner: fish and octopus were amazing and drinks were nice and cold (bear and all softs)."
