"O que não estiver incluso na diária será cobrado com valores altos. Irreais para a maiorias dos países, mas percebi que é como funciona não só no Constance, mas em outros resorts 5 estrelas também. A ilha por si só é muito cara, tudo, desde transfer, táxi... então não seria barato dentro do hotel. Alimentação é boa..não é magnífica. Por ser uma região litorânea, esperava encontrar mais frutos do mar nas refeições. Confesso que tive uma expectativa mais alta com a comida, apesar de ser boa. Também vejo que é um ponto de crítica em outros resorts da ilha. Ao meu ver o usa das bicicletas não deveria ser cobrado. Devido a política sustentável do hotel, faria todo sentido estimular o uso de bicicletas para tráfegar dentro do hotel."

A very special thank you to the breakfast waiter Nanto. What impressed us most was that he even remembered what type of coffee we like. "The hotel is large and very nice, with a great overall atmosphere. It has 2 beautiful beaches, one on the north side and one on the south, offering different views and settings throughout the day so you don't need to get out of the hotel much. Also, there are tortoises within the facility that guests can interact with for about 30 minutes daily, which is an interesting added feature."

"Considering the price point, we expected a bit more attention to detail, especially in the rooms. While the overall property is beautiful, some aspects of the room did not fully reflect the level of quality you would anticipate for that rate. A bit more care in maintenance and finishing touches would significantly elevate the overall experience."
